Great service dropped off at 8.30 and asked for it to be ready by 1pm and it was .

Mohammed was so helpful from start to finish.
Unfortunately I didn’t buy the car but everything was handled so professionally and he was so friendly and gracious.

I received wonderful care from I entered the showroom all members off staff were very helpful especially the sales guy who delt with me

I was treated really well by the whole team especially Paul Robinson at Bradley’s Nissan Oldham, a very pleasant experience.

My car is only 2yrs old clutch gone told it’s wear and tear only done 13000 miles I feel disappointed with how this was dealt with especially as I’ve been a loyal customer for over 20yrs I will never buy again from here as loyal means nothing and to say it’s wear and tear is a cope out ,none of my other cars clutches went so can’t blame my driving I’ve always changed my car every 3yrs but least I know car warranty means nothing I asked a mechanic and he reckons clutch should last longer than the miles I’ve done

Had issues with a rear shelf booked vehicle into Brayleys Oldham staff there are great.
Very polite reception booked my vehicle in under its warranty kept me well informed of progress.
I did miss one of my appointments for this work the reception were very understanding and booked me in again for the job

I was contacted by a Brayleys representative to let me know my car was due to be serviced and I needed to book in we booked our car in it was so straight forward and and we even got text a couple of days before to remind us. On arrival we went straight to service desk and it was just a simple handing over of the keys the staff where so polite and friendly was asked if we wanted to wait this is my fourth Nissan now and I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad experience all the staff are very friendly and professional thanks Nissan team .

This is my 2nd visit, the 1st visit 3 year ago I didn't enjoy and was reluctant to revisit, thankfully I did, and was met by Mohammad Miah, who was absolutely fabulous and a credit to Nissan @ oldham , was very patient and went above and beyond what he need to do, and will definitely be recommending him and Nissan to my friends and family

Took my car in for a fuel pipe recall. I waited whilst it was checked and was offered a coffee by the friendly receptionist. Fortunately everything was okay. A complementary vehicle check was also carried out, which I appreciated.

Great company to deal with, your colleague Richard Holland was very knowledgeable and patient after I had to change my appointment on a couple of occasions, he is certainly an asset to Brayleys cars, overall a professional company to do business with.

Although this was explained beforehand, I was surprised to hear that you no longer offer collection and delivery and you don't wash and valet due to environmental concerns.

I had a long wait for my car to be examined from the time I reported a fault, that could have been dangerous to drive. I had experienced a number of dashboard warning lights and loss of drive power from the electric motor.
The car was seen at the garage and took approximately 1 and 1/2 hours to fix with a system update while I waited which was good. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I will used the garage again in the future hopefully for service and not any further faults on the car.

Paul Robinson sold me my new car and the service was excellent from choosing the car to picking it up. I was going to buy my new car from Chorley Nissan which I live near to but the service and attitude was abysmal I found they had little knowledge about the car I wanted to purchase unlike Brayleys salesman Paul who was very knowledgable .

On the whole the experience was good, the only disappointment was that the vehicle was not cleaned outside or inside which other leading manufacturers do as part of their service proposition.
