My experience with Brayleys Oldham has been excellent from the first phone call, when I had the pleasure of speaking with the delightful Mohammed.
However, I would also suggest that Brayleys Oldham review their driving licence verification procedure. Before my test drive, They discreetly took a photograph of me using an iPad for driving licence verification purposes, without my knowledge or consent. While I appreciate the need to verify a driving licence, I did not feel comfortable having my photograph taken without being made aware beforehand. I believe customers should always be informed and given the opportunity to understand and agree to this process, ensuring their privacy is respected.
Thereafter, Mohammed demonstrated exceptional communication skills and, more importantly, took the time to listen carefully to my needs. He answered every question thoroughly, addressed all my concerns and really understood what I was looking for in a used car. He was proactive, attentive - on the ball throughout, giving me the confidence that I was making the right choice. He worked hard to negotiate a deal that suited me and went above and beyond to make the whole experience a positive one.
Mohammed also ensured that everything was taken care of before collection, including having the car serviced, its MOT arranged (forthwith) and the vehicle professionally valeted. It was reassuring to know that these important details had been considered, helping me feel confident about driving away in my "new-to-me car".
I would also like to express my sincere thanks to Milo who was also very helpful in reassuring me about a particular question that I had queried. His reassurance and willingness to address my questions were much appreciated. and thanks to Brian, the Manager, for his assistance and contribution to such a smooth and satisfying experience. It is clear that customer satisfaction matters at Brayleys Oldham, and the support I received from everyone involved made a real difference.
As a customer who has high expectations when it comes to customer service & buying a used car, I can honestly say that Mohammed delivered exactly what I look for: Attention to detail, genuine care and a willingness to go the extra mile.
To anyone reading this review and considering buying a car from Brayleys Oldham, I would wholeheartedly recommend them. There really is no need to hesitate. The team made every effort to ensure I was happy with my purchase and could drive away feeling confident and safe.

Disabled parking his an issue at this dealership, the only 2 disabled spaces were occupied by the cars that looked like they were for sale and there was no nearby alternative except il the steep hill making it difficult with limited mobility and onto it all off the car was left back were I dropped it off and was only moved when I asked someone to move it for me, hiwevet the work was carried out on my car quicker than expected and the service staff were great.

Excellent service I’m so glad I took my car at this Nissan dealer to repair my car.

My last 2 previous cars were Nissans . Made big decision to change my last car after having it for 7 years . I had considered other brands for a change but ended up at Nissan as first dealership and ‘never’ left . I received a good deal on my part ex - as good & better than comparison websites- and some additional extras . I know to all sales teams we are just another potential buyer but for the customer it’s a massive financial decision buying whatever car you can afford and I think on this occasion I made the right choice and can’t fault my experience. Oh! And I love my new Nissan Qashqai .

Richard who helped me throughoutvthe whole process of changing motability cars was a massive help, he was friendly on arrival and friendly over the phone. Very informative i didnt have much questions but answered everything with detail and made the whole process easy to go through. 5 stars aint enough for the service provided!

They offered me a brand new car in exchange for my 23 plate Nissan Juke at a very favourable monthly payment. The whole process took less than a week and hassle free. I have never had a brand new car before but now I have thanks to Brayley Nissan in Oldham. I must mention Mohammed who was the salesman, He helped me change insurance over as they could not find the correct model on their system for my new car. He also offered to link my phone to the car which was fantastic as I can't do it!! LOL. Well I am 66 and not very tech savvy. Thank you Mohammed for that! I would highly recommend Brayley Nissan to anybody. 1st class service and they gave me 1 years free road tax, petrol in the vehicle and free RAC membership. Brayley Nissan is a yes from me!!!

Don’t buy a brand new car off them, they don’t give you a service plan and then stick extra money on top of the service for “environmental charges” Total scam!

I was given a quick appointment. The car was repaired and ready for collection at the requested time. Good communications and helpful staff on the service reception desk. Would have preferred to speak directly to the dealership service desk when booking the appointment rather than the central booking route.

Excellent service very professional

We will be changing our vehicle in January and even though we have had 4 Nissan quashquais over the years, we have now decided that the way we have been treated by both Westway Nissan and more so by Brayleys Nissan dealership in Oldham, WE WILL NOT BE REPLACING OUR CURRENT QUASHQUAI WITH A QUASHQUAI!

Whilst stating we have had no problems with the 4 Nissan Quashquai and it is a wonderful car!
The issues are with the Brayleys staff and management, when they took over from westway we thought they would improve, they didn’t improve and got worse!

Namely:

A.
No access to disabled parking (for the last 10 years the Disabled spaces are used for staff and cars for sale Spots) I have brought this to the attention of the dealership but no improvements have been made!

B.
When collecting our vehicles after work or servicing has been completed the vehicle is always left at the top of the car park which is on the top of a one in three hill as issue issue A. Prevents the use of the disabled parking spaces, I have repeatedly requested the vehicle is not put up there when I drop the vehicle off! But it doesn’t happen!

C.
Our most recent visit to look at a replacement vehicle for January was the worst experience yet, we parked up on the access road and went inside to look at the new improved vehicles, there was nobody in the sales room so my wife went outside the front and found a salesman, he seemed to be ignoring her, so she got his attention and asked if they had a new model Nissan leaf we could view? His reply was “NO!” Then he turned away grunting to himself, my wife came back into the showroom looking sister and upset, she told me to leave it so we left and contacted the dealership by email.

We have had no response to my email and have decided enough is enough, strangely the vehicle we got 3 years ago was sold to us by the same guy who we dealt with in item, it was during the refurbishment of the showroom and it was in a portage on.

Myself and by wife work/worked in customer service roles on the railway, and were and always congratulated on our customer service skills, so when we experienced Brayleys lack of customer service we were shocked.

The company name has changed, the showroom is new, which we thought may improve everything, maybe a bit of customer service training for the staff as it’s the same staff as 10 years ago.
