I originally bought my Mazda from Brayley's Harpenden and have them service and MOT it every year.
Arranging the booking was easy and even accommodated the day I wanted.
Check in is quick and easy. Once the work starts you are sent a short video showing the underneath of the vehicle a an issues pointed out, although you do not get the hard sell to have additional work carried.
Once ready the car is cleaned inside and out and at pick up, all work is explained along with details on advisory work for the future.

Prompt courteous service. Collection and return was a great help.

Tom Palmer and the team solved multiple electronic malfunction warnings despite not being pre-booked and returned car same day. Went the extra mile and with excellent communication.

Works carried out to advised cost, no issues whatsoever, I requested an earlier return time and you delivered that in spades. Car cleaned and hoovered, so all is good with the world. The only minor niggle was the digital service record not having been kept up to date. Hopefully this will be remedied.

It was a stress free experience as Brayleys are operating a new on line system both pre and post the service. Even got pictures of the underside of my car so I could see what they were explaining

I had to call a recovery company to rescue my car. Brayleys said they would accept it. They did despite being booked up with work. Also despite warning me it could take several days to get around to working on it they managed to fix it the same day.
Better than a five star experience in my opinion.

Polite and friendly people and efficient service

I booked a service using the online system, which allowed me to book a specific time, 10 o’clock to 11. When I arrived at the dealership, there was nowhere to park and I was told to park on double yellow lines then, at reception, was told the car would be ready by 5:30; not what I had booked (ie a 1 hour service, for which I had a confirmation email).
I expressed my displeasure at this and in the end, my car was ready for collection after 2.5 hours; luckily I had not made any other appointments and was able to cope with the hour and a half delay on this occasion.
There is obviously a problem with the online booking system that requires fixing to stop my experience from constantly repeating.
It is important to note that all of the staff I dealt with at the dealership were as helpful as possible and that none of the above comments are directed at them, nor do they have any responsibility for them.

Pleasant reception area. Friendly front office staff. Disorganised behind the scenes.
Was called to say the car would be ready in 15 minutes. Arrived to collect the car after 30 minutes. Car was not ready. Reception staff told me the car would be bought round to the front. It never happened. I finally tracked down my car in the car park, it was waiting to be cleaned. I just hope the mechanic that did the work was better organised than the rest of the team!

Had my Mazda2 serviced there yesterday. As always, the staff are very polite and helpful.

MOT booked appointment time kept with pass together with an honest appraisal as to minor defects and advisories on a 18 year old Mazda 2.
As ever a welcoming team.
