Very helpful thank you. It would be good if there was more customer car parking at the St Albans garage. Good car service though and good help with a small technical problem with the car.

Received valuable advice with clear explanations from Mani. Overall, the service was very good. The only surprise this time was that there were no car wash and vacuum at the end, which I was expecting based on previous visits.

Service and MOT smoothly planned and executed with telephone call when ready for collection

Honda/ Brayleys called me to book my car in for its 3rd service and 1st MOT at the St Albans showroom. The car park was busy already at 9am on a Monday. I was guided to pull in behind another car but given no further information so I left my car where it was and went into the showroom. On checking in I was told they didn’t realise I would be sticking around and waiting for the service and MOT to happen. However my car was prioritised and done within a couple of hours.
There is no longer a valet service as part of the service so neither an inside nor outside clean, which rather than being an environmental measure, it is just a cost saving measure.
I have two more free/ pre-paid annual services left in my service plan, once those are out of the way I won’t be bringing my car back.
On the plus side, the waiting area was warm enough, the chairs were comfy, and the free coffee was ok.

The sales assistant Perry that dealt with me from start to finish was extremely professional and explained everything regarding the car and what to expect from Honda. From ordering my vehicle to receiving it took only two weeks which I honestly could not believe. Just a brilliant service from the start.

The service supervisor and the team have been excellent in work. They're always friendly and professional in their jobs. They know how to treat the customers kindly and with respect.

Staff who were attentive but not intrusive or over bearing (a tricky balance!) Left with the feeling that they were really helping me form opinions and views (electric, hybrid, price point, add-ons etc) rather than selling me a car.

Booking was straight forward once I had got through on the automated system. The service work,including some specific items I requested, and MOT were carried out as requested . The car was collected and returned within the agreed timescale. One disappointment was that on booking I learned that the valeting system previously available on thje service plan had been discontined. I consider the company could have advised customers about this change and even recommended customers of valeting companies. On contacting them I was advised that in my area there were many car washes which is not the same thing as a valeting service.

Mark was very helpful and found me a nice car!

I phoned the service team in the morning as I had problems trying to change the number plate bulbs on my CRV. They called me back to say they could see me at 2.15 to do the job for me. I gave them my car and they sorted the lights in no time at all. Thank you Stuart for your friendly attitude and for dealing with the lights so efficiently. Best of all I was only charged a very nominal amount .

Issue resolved after escalating to the dealership’s Head of Business via Honda UK Customer service.

Quality of staff

My car went in to Brayles Hyundai, St Albans following a recall notice. This and other items were dealt with quickly and I was informed of progress. The staff were polite and helpful. Thank you Jon.
The only issue I have is that parking at the new site was virtually impossible. I was told that next time I take the car to just leave it, take the key in and the staff will find a suitable place for it.

Easy no hassle system with great comms from Honda at each stage of the service process. And a lovely (complimentary) clean car!

Service staff were friendly and efficient on booking my car service and explaining everything that had been done on completion.
There is always a welcoming atmosphere when visiting.

The service to my car was completed on time soo that I was able to get on with the rest of my day.
