Booking service was seamless staff very knowledgeable and helpful and really pleased car valeting was reinstated

Car was picked up early by Chris the technician, received health check video, all good on that. Service and MOT carried out. Car returned at the end of the day all nice and clean. Thumbs up from me

Great people to deal with always polite helpfall and nothing to is to much trouble.

I booked to have my car's first service. Booking in was easy. Staff friendly and efficient. No problems with service.

Will definitely revisit.

Absolutely disappointed about this Honda Orpington Branches.
I call up booked appointment for 1:40pm today to view one of the car that I am interested to buy, when I am arriving walk through the door, there no receptionist at desk and there a sale desk with guy on my the right hand side and no body greeting or say hello and I was standing there for couple minutes, to my right hand side there Sale guy on desk look up and look at me but he not even say hello, ignoring.

I waited a while I then walk towards sale desk in centre back of the room and told him I have appointment with Sophie , he then instructed his colleagues to get Shophie and his colleagues went upstairs and later come back down and say “ Shophie be 5 minutes. I waited standing there, no one say whether to take sit at some desk or anything, I waited more 15 minutes and decided to seated down at the receptionist seat. I continued waiting over 25 minutes and I stood up then another college approached to ask any one seeing you, I say yes I been told to waited 5 minutes and now is over 25 minutes. I told him that I am leaving because I got work to do and then I left.

I felt this is and discrimination because I am an Asian person. The service was terrible, no customer service, staff wasn’t have intensional of work to there ability, they come there for sake getting pay of not doing any work . This show room need pay attention more to there staff. You come here to work, put effort to your duty/role. Director/ manager needs to look into this and improve customer services. This is worst show ever I have been , no organise of staff. Once again you have lost your busisness.

All the staff at Brayleys are always so nice to deal with. They explain things clearly, are friendly and helpful and very efficient. My car was collected without fuss. I received a call telling me what needed doing and then another one telling me it was ready and on the way back. Has definitely taken the stress out of servicing my car.

I recently bought my first Honda and I’m very pleased with the attention to detail I received from Paul Hubbard Sales. Paul gave me ample time to consider all the information and prices without pressuring me. This positive experience continued throughout the purchase process. Deborah Newman, the Service Advisor, was equally knowledgeable and helpful.

The booking in process with Colin was excellent and the collection, also renewed my service contract and extended warranty as both seem good value for money

We had excellent service from Tony. Having been told we could no longer have a collection service to Knockholt, given our circumstances of age and disability Tony was able to resolve this. It solved a lot of problems and was very much appreciated.

The staff were very helpful, making the booking process easy. The service was done much more quickly than expected. I was very pleased.
