Service- so rude and for a normal check under warranty still need to pay £180 for investigation. So this is how customer service work. So no after sale customer service. We have used all sorts different dealerships and this far worst at a different level. I wouldn’t even give a 1star to be honest.

This is a standard procedure to determine the root cause of an issue; however, if the fault is confirmed as a warrantable defect, this charge is typically covered under the manufacturer's warranty. I apologise if this was not explained clearly at the point of booking. A friendly professional service, additional work was preplanned and within budget. Appointment time and duration spot on and invoiced as expected. Just a shame that the cars are no longer being valeted.

I am completely fine with the service department they did excellent work
I am completely fine with the service department they did great work but I did have enquiry with sales person . I had very bad service and I asked one questing 4 times but didn’t get an answer. I told him the same and walked away. If he could handled properly I could have booked new CRV yesterday . It is complete miss handling of customer which result losing sale.
I am really sorry to express this .

All works were completed quickly and efficiently. I was able to work remotely from the showroom during the time my car was being serviced, due to the significant roadworks underway on the adjacent A road.

Dropped car off the day before which is convenient. Prepaid service so cost not significant at this point. All done, no fuss.
We have used Brayley Honda as a Honda official service agent since 2008, with our old Jazz. Now we have a newer one we are under warranty again and the service is excellent as usual. Our only reservation, from the past is cost. When you use official Honda, everything costs much more.

Great soft benefits
Friendly, quick. However I liked the soft benefits. They have co-working space/meeting room. This way I can wait and get work done without having to take a day off or ask for a hire car. I think I'll move to this dealership from my regular Honda dealership because of this.
