Very happy with our used car purchase from Brayleys Honda Bushey.
Initial contact and test drive excellent. Gonçalo was courteous, knowledgeable and not at all pushy, which we appreciated.
We were transferred to a different colleague once we had chosen a car to purchase. On the whole this went well, but there were a few issues with the preparedness of the car and with the information we should have been given when we collected it. Everything was sorted out promptly but we felt this part of the purchase should have been done more thoroughly, hence the dropping of one star.

Service to the car and communication about servicing was good, however the staff in the showroom are most unwelcoming, A smile would not go
amiss.

Honda had issued a recall of my Honda Jazz to fit a replacement "brake operating simulator pressure sensor" so I booked this with Brayleys who sold me the car new, a few years ago. Brayleys were unsure how long the job would take but finished it quicker than expected. My only gripe would be that in these situations Honda ought to minimise the inconvenience to the customer by arranging the collection of the vehicle and subsequently bringing it back, rather than putting me to the trouble of giving up a large part of my day and potentially incurring travel expenses.

Having booked my appointment I arrived and my car was punctually attended to. My wing mirror was replaced and my home screen sorted as well as the battery for my remote. I was able to drive away after thirty five minutes.

The service was good, except for the replacing of the two front tyres, which wasn't your fault of course, but it still heart's
Crown honda always do a good job, keep up the good work gents and lady's.

It was absolute rubbish how my purchase was done at a Honda dealer. The salesperson was so unprepared, delusional, unprofessional and dissapointing. Never again!!!

My car had brake recall fixed promptly and was ready for me, as was the courtesy car I used in the meantime.
I was very pleased with the service.

My First contact with Brayley was Robert. He is a patient helpful gentleman and knows his job. This proves the quality of the Company as well. Robert went out his way so that I could get my new Honda HRV.
I would Recommend Brayley to any one who wants to buy a car. Excellent service.

We didn't like the sales technique of Robert Battat - he gave us a PX value over the phone which secured the deposit -which meant we drove 60 miles to the dealership, When he inspected the vehicle he informed us how well our vehicle presented and that it was better than expected - Then he offered minus £500, he then denied he offered the original number to wife on the phone and to us in person -(Charlatan).
Other staff then had to resolve the issue - Andy Parks aftersales manager, who was excellent and David Carter to conclude the purchase.
They fitted factory mats free of charge.

Car was recalled for a fault in the fuel pump. Work was carried out in one day. It did take me quite a long time to get through via phone to book the car in - I suggest that the company needs more staff on the phone lines - this seems to have become an issue since they have Ben taken over by Brayley’s, as I never had the issue when it was Crown Honda. I suspect they now use a call centre . I received a call to collect the car late afternoon. Previously when any work has been done it has been washed before pickup, this hadn’t been done this time. Collection was quick and easy - staff in the branch are very friendly and easy to deal with.

The job was done in good time. The person I spoke to was very helpful.

Took my car to Honda Bushey at 12.30pm as I had a puncture round the corner from the garage.
They were able to change the tyre by the end of the day even though I was not booked in.

I was very appreciative of their service

Great team, looking out for their customers. Very easy to transact with. 2nd car bought from this dealership now. Happy to recommend.

I can't understand why you book your car in at 10am for a 2hour job you're told it may be ready at 4pm. The explanation (if ten cars turn up we haven't got ten technicians) doesn't really wash surely the job of a service manager is to manage what comes in so there isn't a sudden rush, the way it is you may as well have a free for all turn up whenever and take your chances

I love my new Honda. And the service and attention to detail at Brayleys is fantastic.
I’ve owned many cars from many brands and dealt with numerous dealers. Brayleys is certainly one of the best.
Very reliable cars with a very reliable dealership what more could you want?
I would highly recommend both.
