The very helpful and friendly staff make the whole experience easy and pleasant. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The video report of the tyres and underside of the car is interesting. I’m especially pleased the car washing has been reinstated with an MOT and service. It was a delight to drive my car away all so shiny and clean.

Nice welcome with quick car acceptance with T/c later to advise matters for consideration. Had car for mot and service for 7 hours. New valet service not quite top class. Attentive staff. Good customer service all round.

All was smooth, I was told about any issue which were very minor and given tho opportunity to get them corrected on the spot.
Good that the car wash has been reinstated, hoovering could have been better though

The staff at Brayleys were so helpful and efficient, in particular Andy, (Bushey Service Dept). It was my first service and I was dealt with immediately. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brayleys to any motorist.

From beginning to end the service at Bradley’s Bushey was first class. From first discussing suitable models to the final handover of my new car and all the ‘paperwork’ stages in between service was above and beyond. I arranged a service date and received an electronic booking confirmation which gave me the option of adding additional works items, I added re-gassing of the air-con but this was not picked-up by the service department. When I went to collect my vehicle the gassing had not been done, I then had to wait for an hour for the works to be completed. The service agent blamed this on 'a new system' which had glitches.
The agent did give me a discount for the works but this didn't really compensate me for the hour I could have spent doing something more productive. That said, the coffee machine does do a reasonable Latte.

I recently had my car serviced and MOT completed at Brayley’s Honda. The customer service was very good throughout, and the team returned my car by the specific time I requested, which I appreciated. I would have given five stars, however Brayley’s have stopped washing cars as part of the service, which was always a nice finishing touch. Overall, efficient service and friendly staff, but missing the extra detail that used to make the experience feel complete.

Car booked in at 08.00 am. Within 4 hours the car was fully serviced with MOT and picked up. Happy with the service charge and very pleased with the service!

I received a video, showing my car was being worked on at 9:21, why did it take until16:30 for the car to be ready. This is always the case, a whole day wasted.
I was also told what was needed, including something relating to the tyres, this was not explained properly and I was sold a tyre repair kit, that I probably didn’t need or will ever use at a cost of £80+
Very disappointed

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The changes to the service were not clearly explained, and the service I received did not match what was originally included in the plan.

I was simply told that there had been a temporary change, but no clear explanation or alternative option was provided. I would have expected better communication and a suitable alternative to be offered.

Overall, I found the experience frustrating and would have appreciated more transparency and better customer service.

Liked that u could book specific time with a 3 hour wait time. Good helpful communication with Lee. Not impressed by lack of the usual valeting

I really appreciate your honesty. When I booked the car I was told the handbrake check is included in the service. But when you sent the communication online you mentioned around £35 to adjust the brake so I had no choice but to go and authorise the work. When I came to pay you had included in the service. That impressed me.
Andy you were very helpful when I booked for the further major repair works. Thank you.

Where to begin! A banner in the Service Area reception declares "We're committed to providing the best customer experience". So why do away with the car wash which was always done with a service? The central booking service is not user-friendly. I have never encountered a friendly or helpful staff member when calling it. There used to be three staff manning the service desks - there was one today. He was on a lengthy phone call - so the customer has to wait. I bought my car when it was still the now much-missed Crown Honda. I was guaranteed a free MOT as long as I have the car. Brayleys does not honour that pledge. Where is the "best customer experience"? It's a laughable claim.
I think I cannot be the only one who feels like this. The car park is usually so full that it is difficult to find a space. There were numerous empty spaces today.

Helpful assistance. Thorough work with supporting documentation. Intermediate progress report. Guidance of extension of warranty. Good loan car.
