Returned my earphones and have confirmation of delivery yet they are stating that they haven’t received and that I can’t have a refund - so I have no product and no money back so fundamentally they have taken my money - never ever purchase from here
Bose home 500 speaker does not connect to Google assistant (like bose says it does)
Bought, Bose home 500 speaker, as they said it could connect to google assistant& Alexa, I wanted it for google assistant for my youtube !!!! it did not connect, 3 hours later trying to connect it on Google voice control no chance, i tried eveything !!! but it says on bose websight it connects to google assistant !!! thats why i bought it,, spoke to bose technical support !!!even they could not get it connected to google voice control !!!! HaHa Ha are you joking me ?? !!!! i sent the speaker straight back for a full refund !!! probably a really good speaker but try connecting it to the google voice control and you have no chance !!! (Alexa it connects in 1 minute) straight away !!! Stop giving false promises Bose !!!!and sort your Bose music app out its a sham of errors !!! ( then i read all the Hundreds of people who have the same problem on the internet, to connect to google voice control !!!!) you would not expect that from such a professional company as Bose !!!

Someone at Bose warehouse appears to have stolen the Bose 500 hifi I sent in for repairs. I had to have it repaired since it was incapable of changing to a different wifi.
In the long run whoever stole it likely did me a favour as it was such a useless product only matched by the useless clowns in technical support. Needless to say, they refused to provide any assistance in investigating the issue and merely said I sent them a green shirt in an envelope and not a hifi.
Great till they break, then you'd better get your wallet out!
Given a pair of QuietComfort earbuds as a present. Worked perfectly for 18 months then found both buds flashing red and white and wouldn't connect to bluetooth. Called Bose support who after a couple of minutes of diagnostics told me that the only option was to replace the buds and charging case with new (at a "discounted" price of £185!) PLEASE READ: If you have a problem with either or both earbuds or the charging case you will have to bin the lot. I asked Bose if it was possible to replace a single earbud and the answer was that the buds were paired at the factory and then to the case, so it was impossible to replace a single part. Absolutely outraged that they have their customers by the dangly bits if their product fails in any way. I shall never buy from Bose again as this is the only way I can protest about their total lack of caring about their customers.
Wow! Fantastic service
Wow! Fantastic service. Our speaker refused to charge. I contacted their repair department, and as it was over 6 years old, it was out of warranty. It would be £69 to repair it. We thought about it then got back in touch and arranged for it to be returned on the understanding that it world be returned with the battery replaced for the said £69.
We were told it was actually FOC and when it came back was, honestly, like new. Fantastic! We've other Bluetooth speakers but the sound quality is nothing like the Bose.

Incredible Sound & Perfect Fit – My New Go-To Earbuds
The sound quality on the Bose QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds is absolutely phenomenal – rich, detailed, and immersive. Whether I'm listening to music, podcasts, or pushing through a tough session on the indoor Wattbike, the audio never misses a beat. The fit is also spot-on; secure and comfortable even during intense workouts.
The only (very minor) downside is the touch sensitivity on the earbuds – during heavy training sessions I occasionally brush them by accident and it pauses my music. But honestly, it’s a small trade-off for everything else these deliver.
Highly recommend – Bose have knocked it out of the park with these.
Anti-customer-centric service
I ordered the Quiet Comfort headphones, refurbished. They were faulty, but still usable for work, which I needed them for. So I asked them to let me keep the faulty set until the new set arrived, as I couldn't be without headphones. They refused because "that's not their policy". So now I will be without headphones for 7-15 days, plus the time it takes for them to receive the old ones.
They have no complaint form. I asked for them to escalate my case, and they told me to check back in 4 business days (they won't reach out to me lol).
Bose, you make good products, but your anti-customer-centric service is a disgrace. If the headphones you send me this time are faulty as well, you'll lose a customer for good.
Don’t buy Bose
Really poor experience with Bose. Bought some headphones that ended up being faulty and so returned them for replacement. Bose sent some replacements but the package had the completely wrong item in it. 2 months later and their investigation into it is still ongoing and I don’t have any headphones. So I’ve shelled out £300+ on headphones and never actually been able to use them after months of purchase.
Everytime I contact Bose they say they will escalate and I’ll hear back within 72 hours but I never do. Shocking service given the mistake is all at their end they should be trying to resolve asap
Excellent service from Bose.
I am the proud owner of Quietcomfort Ultra earbuds. As a product they are excellent with very good fidelity & noise cancelling. But they can get lost. Whilst on a Easyjet flight, I took one bud out to speak with the air hostess but then the bud disappeared. After landing the hostesses were very helpful in searching the plane for bud but it had vanished. I then wrote to Bose offering to purchase a replacement bud. I sent the case back with the remaining bud in it. This evening a complete new replacement set of buds and case in arrived in the post free of charge. This excellent and kind service by Bose deserves commendation. Frankly, if I am in the market for other similar audio products, I will purchase again from Bose. Thank you Bose!
No longer offering replacement parts
Appalling environmental policy. Bose would rather landfill my over ear headphones and give me the opportunity to purchase a new pair at the discount price of £345 than let me buy a replacement cup (not integral to the working of the headphone, merely housing for the electronic components). Its defies logic in this day and age that companies are changing policies from ones which offer repairs and replacement parts to policies that knowingly and actively push for products to be discarded into landfill before necessary.

Absolutely a fantastic company, I had a small problem with my ear buds, without fuss my ear buds were changed for a new pair and I didn’t have to wait for weeks, I sent them back and within a few days I received my new pair
I have many Bose products and they are all fantastic

Final straw today. Completely locked out!! Rebooted, switch off, uninstalled reinstall, new password et al. Finished. Close down, skip on Monday. Bought a Bang and Olufsen again. I will never buy this second rate rubbish again.

Incredible little speaker - extraordinary design
I'm surprised at all the negative reviews although I've never had to contact customer service. I've had my Bose Mini Soundlink for probably 12 years now - it's still working. Best portable speaker ever, and incredible battery life.
No tracking available for £300 earbuds!!
Was looking at The open earbuds for a present for my daughter. It was important to me that they had a tracking app. The Bose website said that buds could be tracked via the Bose Connect app.
Bought them and had them in a box for a couple of months. She's opened them today and the Bose connect app isnt compatible for the open earbuds and you have to use the Bose music app which didn't seem to have a tracking function.
Did live chat and Bose have confirmed no tracking app for these buds. There £300 a pair.....why?!! I wouldnt have bought them had a I known but they've been in a box for couple of months so can't return now.
Great speaker, don't use QR code!!
I bought a Bose speaker from Amazon, which is perfect. Soundlink Flex, great sound.
However I used the QR code inside the box to set it up, which took me to a site asking for bank details, which I rather stupidly provided as it said £0 payment and I though it was part of Bose. It was actually a scam subscription for a company called gocarehelp.com who tried to take £40.56 from my card, luckily spotted by my bank. Why would a reputable company like Bose have this link on their QR code? I don't know but it needs sorting out!
Poor overall for a high end brand
Bought two portable sound flex speakers all connect to their app it's like a lottery win to try get them to connect to stereo mode ALWAYS having to install and reinstall if I new then what I knew now I'd of gone with another brand.. poor overall for a high end brand
