Customer service was exceptional!
Customer service at the Morpeth branch was exceptional. The test was very thorough and I felt like I was really listened to in order to taylor the product to my specific needs. No hard sell just plenty of relevant information provided. The payment plan made the most suitable hearing aids affordable.

My hearing assessment was careful and thorough. The different types of hearing aids were explained in detail and I was able to make a sound judgement on which to choose. My assessor was very kind and helpful.
