Battery life

Paid over 3k 2years ago, re charging battery doesn’t last all day , only about6/7 hours

Jade has made every effort to customise…

Jade has made every effort to customise my new hearing aids to my needs. Whilst initially sceptical that I needed them I admit that they are useful for certain situations particularly when watching/listening to TV or Radio. I will be keeping them but do not need to wear them all day.

very good service

very good service, everything you need and pleasant staff. You even get a 90 day return window
Only thing not so good. I am happy with everything except the price as I feel it is far too much but I have no choice.

Having purchased a Phonack Digital…

Having purchased a Phonack Digital Hearing Aid several weeks ago it has crashed three times now and after contacting the store in Morpeth today I have been told no one from audiology can deal as they are on holiday. Staff member Lucinda found this funny and laughed throughout my conversation with her when I explained I needed the aid to work. Absolutley shocking customer service and lack of disability awareness,

Your audiologist is wonderful

Your audiologist is wonderful! so professional yet kind. She builds an instant rapport with those who are nervous about having hearing aids and doesn’t overwhelm with too many instructions at the start. I was recommended to her by 2 friends and I am grateful,

Boots Hearing Care Morpeth. We have had a wonderful experience working with Natasha Jackson, the audiologist who has enabled my husband to obtain a cochlear implant and has opened up a complete new world of hearing for you. He feels so connected and relaxed about himself now. She took such time and care in explaining to us what would happen and what his options. Well done!!

Customer service was exceptional!

Customer service at the Morpeth branch was exceptional. The test was very thorough and I felt like I was really listened to in order to taylor the product to my specific needs. No hard sell just plenty of relevant information provided. The payment plan made the most suitable hearing aids affordable.
