I bought in an elderly, disabled lady in a wheelchair. The man she saw was obviously very experienced. He put her constantly at ease and with endless patience went over everything as many times as needed, answering many questions along the way.

I went for a hearing test
I went for a hearing test. the initial assessment was well explained and the results clearly described. I then went for the full assessment and decided to go with Boots for the hearing aid. The audiologist was nothing short of excellent he described hearing and what was going to happen in detail clearly and and in detail. My wife was with me and said that she had got her hearing aids from another source and now wished she had come to Boots

Great professional serrvice
The audiologist was clear and reassuring whilst carrying out the hearing tests. I was given plenty of time to ask questions to deal with my concerns. These were responded to fully. He explained the benefits of using hearing aids backed by reference to recent research evidence which as a retired health care professional I found convincing. I did not feel any pressure in terms of my choice of hearing aid.

The audiologist explained everything really well and didn’t recommend more than I needed. He is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend the audiology department in Boots at Lincoln.
