Wonderful Appointment.
Excellent service and professional advice .
Truly enjoyable and relaxing experience although I had been dreading the appointment. Tom the audiologist talked me through my wish list and I believe he will continue to do so in the weeks ahead.

My poor Mum who is in her 90 years old…
My poor Mum who is in her 90 years old she paid a lot of money for her hearing aids and she wasn't happy at all we took them back on loads of occasions they made every excuse under the sun in why they wasn't working they had your money and wasn't bothered I would not recommend them at all there customer care after is zero they only want to sell the hearing aids discusting
