The customer focus of the hearing…

The customer focus of the hearing technician Sam, she was polite, friendly, very efficient and extremely informative. I felt very reassured during the test and the follow up when making the recommendations for the best option for me.

Poor customer service

Two issues both relating to elderly relatives. One appointment attended, person doing testing not available but appointment not cancelled. Second one mother needs walking frame and lift is broken unable to access service as in basement. Two appointments cancelled so far and advised 10 weeks before lift due to be fixed. Complaint raised with Boots HQ - no response!

Rather stab myself in the eye.

Hey boots I've just had a text message saying my hearing test was over due. Let me tell you yet again that if you're still employing the incompetent individual at the Gloucester store who lied about the hearing aids, who couldn't order the correct product and who couldn't tell the difference between left and right you've got no chance of me buying a plaster in your stores let alone a hearing aid. Now kingly sod off.

I had arranged for wax removal and…

I had arranged for wax removal and after a hearing test where it was discovered that I had hearing loss I was referred to an Audiologist and was pleased that I didn’t have to wait long for the appointment. The audiologist was very thorough and explained that I would benefit from having hearing aids. I was a bit shocked about this but she explained things so well and was very understanding. She understood that I needed time to think about it. The Audiologist gave me the confidence to finally make the decision to have the hearing aids fitted. I am extremely impressed with the service I received.
