Boots Hearingcare - Gloucester Recensioni

Fairly straightforward hearing test. Nothing poor, nothing outstanding. The proof of the pudding will be in the actual effectiveness of the hearing aid.

Prompt appointment

Punctual, polite and very thorough.
Many thanks
Sam

Marta was very welcoming and explained the complete process of wearing aids and support is always there when required.

Millie McNeill was superb in the way she understood the problem, was very professional in the way she carried out the tests despite being under severe time pressure. She kept me informed and answered queries. The equipment allowed me to see exactly what she was talking about and why I needed to see my GP. The best audiologist I have been to.

Millie McNeill at Boots Gloucester Hearingcare was very professional and friendly , Given me lots helpful information during my consultation. I recommend anyone requiring a hearing test to book an appointment with Millie.

My First Hearing Test :)
I had a great Experience with Sam at Boots Gloucester yesterday. She was friendly and helpful and explained everything fully. Can highly recommend her :)

For over 12 months my hearing has deteriorated, after a nasty infection. Being only 53 the thought of hearing aids was quite scary. After my initial free hearing test it was confirmed I had hearing loss. A further hearing appointment was booked to enable more tests to be completed. Gloucester Boots were absolutely brilliant. Explained everything and put me at ease looking at options. I would recommend them 5*

Sam is a Friendly and professional audiologist, made to feel at ease throughout the assessment

I just had my hearing test with Sam Franklin who was very helpful and kind. She carefully explained the test and then the hearing aid options available.

Sam was kind and patient. She was thorough in her testing and clear in her explanations. I felt I could ask whatever questions I wanted answered and nothing was too much trouble.

Samantha was very clear in how she explained everything. I did feel a bit shocked that I needed a hearing aid but she encouraged me to think over the situation

I collected my new hearing aids today fitted and tested by Sam who is friendly professional and helpful. The advice given was informative which is a big help when wearing new hearing aids. I was informed of the various online apps for reference and the various additional functions available.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sam at the Boots hearing care in Gloucester. Thank you Sam

Sam from the hearing department is a star! She fixed my father’s hearing aid speedily which is important to him as he’s on palliative care and needed them working.

Samantha was carried out a thorough hearing test and provided me with the plenty of information.
