Excellent help from reassuring staff.

Excellent help with new aids and able to see a hearing staff member immediately to sort out problems and replace faulty charger.
Very patient with nervous first time user!
All staff very friendly and reassuring.

As close to normal hearing!
Fantastic outcome, with a one day service!
I was surprised at my emotional response to getting my hearing back, I have easily adapted so far to my new aids, which are comfortable and effective. No one’s phoned me, yet! When they do, I will be able to double tap my ear and answer the call! How clever is that?
I now realise our floorboards upstairs have a creak, and I can hear how annoying my dear wife must find my slippers! Oh, and I can hear my clothes 😆!

The audiologist was friendly &…

The audiologist was friendly & explained everything in detail. Asking every so often if I understood everything. He included my husband in the questions. Fitting the hearing aid was demonstrated & explained as well as setting up the app on my phone. Again explaining how it works. I was very happy with the process so far.
