Fantastic outcome, with a one day service!
I was surprised at my emotional response to getting my hearing back, I have easily adapted so far to my new aids, which are comfortable and effective. No one’s phoned me, yet! When they do, I will be able to double tap my ear and answer the call! How clever is that?
I now realise our floorboards upstairs have a creak, and I can hear how annoying my dear wife must find my slippers! Oh, and I can hear my clothes 😆!

Fitting the hearing aid was demonstrated & explained as well as setting up the app on my phone. Again explaining how it works. I was very happy with the process so far.
