Very pleased with the service. The audiologist was very helpful and explained everything. Good to know there is a back up service.

The Audiologist, Danielle was absolutely lovely. She showed great understanding and empathy whist maintaining a high degree of professionalism. I also walked out wearing my new hearing aids when I expected to wait a couple of weeks after reading other patient’s reviews.

Daniela immediately put me at ease and explained the whole process to me. I felt that my problems were taken into consideration and a solution was personal to me. I was also able to have reviews at each stage.

Daniella and all the staff at Boots were awesome from the moment I entered the department.

I just called in on the off chance that someone could see me regarding a maintenance matter.
They very kindly fitted me in and I was seen by Danielle who had done my hearing test and fitting originally.
