The Audiologist'scommunication skills were excellent and he explained complex information clearly. He did a great job resolving issues on the visit. He explained clearly and concisely products available to suit my issues. Once I'd decicided on the type of hearing aid he details costs and payment options availabe, which helped to improve my satisfaction. I have no concerns and highly recommend Boots Hearing Services, Aberdeen.

Alex Higgins has to be recommended
Alex Higgins in Aberdeen has to be recommended. Had my annual check this week and as always, goes the extra mile. My aids are well out of date but he trawled the store for replacement wires and found them after a lengthy search. Recommended replacements which I will order through him. Absolute professional.

I was very happy with the lady who dealt with my hearing tests. At each appointment she explained everything in detail. She had so much patience and a lovely attitude. She answered all my questions and I am very happy with my hearing aids.

Poor telephone helpline
The telephone helpline keeps you waiting for far too long, with an unapologetic repeated voice message almost ordering you to stay on the line until a busy "representative" can find the time to deal with you. Try to ask about a delayed repair and the first reaction is to say all they can do is "raise a ticket," which will take another 10 working days to elicit a response. Complain to get some decent customer service.

Jaqui was extremely helpfull
Jaqui was friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. The consulting room was well arranged and the testing booth was excellent. Being a hearing aid user she knew all about issues new users would face.

Hearing Test.No Pressure.
Our audiologist at Boots took time to explain the process and choices without pushing for sales making the experience less of an ordeal, and the 90 day trial is just what you need to make the final decision.
Hearing aids are light weight and after a while you forget your wearing them.Linking with Bluetooth has had its issues but overall a positive experience.

Really pleased with the service …
Really pleased with the service I received at boots Bon accord centre. My appointment ran on time and Jacqui the audiologist was very knowledgeable. She was very patient with my dad listening to everything he had to say and also asking my opinion as his carer. Looking forward to going back to get hearing aids fitted and seeing the improvement for my dad.
