I am due to go back. They are automatic and I don't appear to be able to make them louder. I thought they adjusted themselves.At the price I expected them to do so. Perhaps being 84 doesn't help.
I am due to go back shortly. I thought the hearing aids worked automatically. They have been set at the present volume but it is not loud enough and I don't seem to be able to make them louder! Given the price they are very disappointing. How do I make them louder or do I have to wait another week before I go back. Being 84 doesn't help.

Poor communication and service
Hearing aids were in for a service. Took 30 days instead of 14. Had to chase Boots Hearing, woefully inadequate communication. Very disappointing

I can hear!
A one to one experience with the consultant who listened and understood all the hearing issues I had been experiencing. A comprehensive hearing test was given and the results explained in an understandable way.

Excellent, efficient service
We recently had wonderful treatment from our audiologist Lynne in Belfast. She spent a long time sorting my hearing aid out and went to great lengths to explain everything at the appointment.
A truly excellent service from her.

I had a fantastic experience at Boots…
I had a fantastic experience at Boots Hearing care in Belfast. I’ve just got my new hearing aids, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. My audiologist, Esther, was absolutely brilliant, friendly and professional. She took time to explain everything clearly and to make me feel comfortable. I am hearing much better and was well looked after. I can highly recommend Boots Hearing Care, especially if you are lucky enough to see Esther!

A great pair of boots' employees
I saw Jane Pusey first so that she could service mum's hearing aids. She was excellent. Friendly, efficient and urged me to have my own hearing test in the same store (though I live in London). Outstanding service. And so I saw Esther Moore today. She set me at ease explains she wore hearing aids and, again was highly efficient and friendly. My previous experience in London was fine. This was on another level. Both Esther and Jane are great ambassadors for Boots.

Friendly and knowledgeable Staff
The staff who I dealt with were completely professional and the gentleman who dealt with my test etc was extremely helpful and explained about how the hearing aids worked and how to use them properly.

Efficient, helpful, friendly
Excellent service from Jacquie. She made me at ease. Presented the information efficiently. Demonstrated how to use the aids so that it was simple to follow her instructions.

The Audiologist Jaquiline Todd was really competent thorough and helpful. she suggested phonac hearing aids which i am finding very good. i have tried others but the service and equipment i received
