Very helpful and knowledgeable advice from Jude, during my two visits for hiking shoes. Much better than trying to buy online.

5 star service from Jude, who knows his product range, inside and out.

I arrived 5 mins before store closing and he still gave me his time, positive energy and enthusiasm which was really appreciated.

I returned the following day where we had more time. I learnt a lot from his deep understanding.

Blacks is a wonderful place to shop. For outdoor clothing in one place it's ideal .
I'm going to Spain for the Camino Pilgrimage walk in April and have got much of what I need from Blacks.

When I bought my waterproof jacket, there was simply too much choice and I have had bad experiences with spending a lot of money on jackets that do not live up to their claims! Jude was a fantastic member of staff who was knowledgeable and helpful. I’d highly recommend Blacks Brighton.

Professional advice on a pair of good walking shoes, not just some bored teenager repeating from a script.

I bought some walking shoes online but they didn’t fit very well so I took them into the Brighton store for an exchange.
Must say that all the staff were friendly and helpful.
Compared to jd sports up the road where the staff couldn’t care less this is the place to go.
