Blacks - Brighton Recensioni

Jess was really helpful when I came in to find a waterproof coat that was warm and windproof. Very professional and made sure that I was happy with the one I went for and also answered all my questions succinctly. Highly recommend going here before it shuts as they are all so helpful, polite and professional.

Good range of stock. James was helpful, knowledgeable and patient

Great product knowledge, and Joel was very informative and helpful in assisting me with my Scarpa purchase and how to get the best out of them.

Great Customer Service.

Annie was fantastic- really helpful.

Harry and Eloise were fantastic!! Really helpful, great customer service. Went above and beyond to help my partner!

Lovely girl Eloise helped me to pick out and fit a perfect backpack, thankyou so much!!! She was very sweet and knew her stuff, good at what she does

Very helpful with sizing walking boots for my daughter doing DofE. Let her try with socks before purchasing and told her we have 28 days to return if she wishes to try them around the house to get a proper feel for size.

I was served by Lily and she was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Mike was very helpful and efficient in helping me buy what I needed

Excellent help from James yesterday in assisting me to choose the right walking boots.

Jude was incredibly helpful in-store, he took the time to talk us through all the best back pack options and demonstrating the best head torch for what I needed. Such a great asset to the shop!

Jude was sooo insightful and honest! We were going to purchase a £25 rucksack and ended up leaving with £130 one but extremely happy

We went to look for a rucksack for our granddaughter who was going travelling around Asia. We're looking at a couple of options when one of the assistants Mike came over and asked if he could be of help. He went through the basics of what we should be looking for and also explained that we needed to consider a woman's rucksack as the frame is designed to suit a female shape. Thanks Mike for helping us make the right choice. Woman's Ospray Fairview II

I was advised by the most helpful and knowledgeable assistant called Mike today! He went over and above to give me good information and advice about which would be the correct walking shoes for me!

Great service by Mike

Thank you

Thank you Jess for helping me and my 11-year-old find the perfect boots. Your expertise and helpfulness was invaluable.

Annie was amazing. Helped me with patience, humour and understood the assignment. Took me 5 minutes to find my perfect walking boots. For someone who properly hates shopping, Annie made it a perfect experience. Thanks very much indeed.

Knowledgeable staff when I asked about hiking boots, good service from Joe on at the cash desk
