Don’t buy anything on this scam store…

Don’t buy anything on this scam store online, they will not sending you any confirmation email otherwise u will get nothing and loss your money! Poor experience for me, service line say will sending email but they will not fix never relying me any message and call! Asking for cancel and refund also didn’t get any canceled email! Recommend no buy anything on this scam on online store!

I never leave reviews. But, my experience with Bing Lee was fantastic. My washing machine was declared dead at 4.30pm. I got online and found one at Bing Lee I wanted. at 5.08pm I completed the online purchase. The price was very good, and included was delivery next day, installation, and removal of my old machine. By 9am the next morning my new machine was installed, the old one and the delivery guys were gone. It's 09.35 now and the first lot of laundry has been on for 25 minutes. Maybe I got lucky don't know, but that was great service. Richard

So still no further response from Bing Lee. Terrible customer service Management and just be very careful selecting to purchase from Bing Lee. So many other stores to choose from who have far better Customer service and exchange policies

Very good service

Very good service! Price competitive! I dealt with Wayne Liew at the Hornsby store and the before and after sales service was brilliant!! I ordered the wrong fridge and only realised a few days after delivery!! I phoned Wayne and he offered advice and arranged a new delivery!! The best service before and after sales service!!

Their security system cancelled the funds but they had the funds??

I ordered a tv on line my bank said that the money went through but they cancelled the order saying their security system cancelled the funds and a refund would be issued in three days. Several emails later and a email sent to customer care and five days later no return corrospondance. A phone call made no return phone call ...if they had the money what was the problem. POOR experience from a regular customer. POOR customer service.

VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER…

This would have to be one of the most best online ordering experiences I have ever had. After viewing many websites I found this one the easiest to use also PayPal option and next day delivery. Everything went to plan able to pay for my tablet and deliver the next day no problems at all. Even a text from the driver 20 minutes before it was due to arrive for delivery. Text in the morning to let me know roughly what time they would arrive. Pulled up in the big Bing Lee delivery truck and my item was promptly delivered to my door. Very happy with my Samsung tablet and very happy with Bing Lee service would use them again.

Responsabilty shirked by Bing Lee

Purchased a 49 asus monitor worked okay on my desk for a week. My chiles turned the monitor as it was designed to be turned. A large crack and shatter marks appeared.
was told pay anther 1100 dollars to get it fixed.. as monitor was abused by us the out side of the monitor is in pristine condition.

Misleading & Deceptive Conduct

PRODUCT: Sony - WF-1000XM4 Wireless Noise Cancelling Headphones - Black - $389
PURCHASE DATE: 8 August 2021

I had almost an identical experience to another person who posted yesterday. I made sure the item was in stock before purchasing (was not a pre-order). Had I known at the time or sooner than today, I would have certainly not ordered with Bing Lee (for no cheaper than elsewhere), and would not have wasted almost two weeks. This kind of business practice is disgraceful - shameful and completely unacceptable.

Left in the dark because of website error!

I purchased a pair of the new Sony earbuds on line. At the time of purchasing the earbuds were noted as available with no mention of back order or awaiting stock.
I purchased and my order specifically states delivery expected for Friday 19/08. It was creeping up so I enquired as to if my item was going to be dispatched only to find out they had no stock and no idea of when it was going to come in. If I hadn’t enquired, I wonder how long I would have been left in the dark with no explanation or apology! I have been misled. At the time of purchasing, other retailers actually had availability so if I had known I could have purchased from them instead and already had my earbuds.
I have now paid almost $400 for earbuds with no idea of when I am actually going to receive them.
Pretty disgusted in the website and service to be honest. Got fobbed off with ‘unfortunately there isn’t much we can do and a sorry’ (oh and refunded shipping costs)

SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINES ARE CRAP

We bought a SAMSUNG FRONTLOAD WASHING MACHINE from BING LEE and 13 months old we started having problems with it shaking excessively and smoke coming from the machine. We contacted SAMSUNG CUSTOMER CARE (What a joke) and they sent out a technician who found a scrap of cloth under the front door seal which he said caused the smoke and 2X 5cent pieces in the filter which damaged the drum and broke all the mounting points. How dumb do they think we are? The smoke was actually caused from the broken drum rubbing on the rubber door seal and the vibration / shaking was because all 3 mounting points on the drum were broken. If a washing machine can’t handle 2 X 5 cent pieces how is it our fault the machine drum broke? SAMSUNG are the cheapest nastiest piece of crap machine sold by a retailer who has no interest in helping or standing by its customers because they get paid too much money by the big companies. Once again big business craps on the little guy and gets away with it. By the way as a licensed electrician and qualified fitter I already fixed the machine better and stronger than it was from new. Thanks SAMSUCK!

purchased a $777 washing machine on a credit card, their website says they may call to seek clarification if their security check is flagged, however never received a call. The money was taken from the card, won’t be refunded until up to 3 business days, which isn’t good enough when I am in need of a new washing machine today. purchased the machine again on my personal card, again the money was taken out but flagged by the security check. that’s over $1550. Phoned bing lee Thornton and was told there was nothing they could do, and that we could pay for it in store a THIRD TIME. Absolutely pathetic.

When online orders are rejected, they are refunded without delay, you are notified via email and recommended to place an order directly in store. It is not recommended to attempt online ordering again as once one order has been flagged, any subsequent orders made with similar details, or from the same internet connection, are also likely to end in the same result. Scam

Scam, I bought a pair of steel series arctic 3 headsets, The audio sounded werid on Xbox and not like my Astro a10 , i started wearing it for not even 30 minutes and it started to hurt my ears badly, my ears were numb and hurt for a while so I put them back in the box, I contacted support about this, I asked for a refund saying it was used once, I sent all necessary information and they say it’s being in quote “This is currently in escalation with the sales supervisors”, it nearly been a 3 weeks and no reply, I sent two more emails asking if they were there and a update, too nothing but silence, a scam, don’t buy from them, support is disgusting

HI Rking, can you please send our customer care team an email with the details to customercare@binglee.com.au Our customer care team can arrange to get the product back from you and have an inspection performed on the product to verify if it is working normally, or if it is faulty. If there is no fault found, unfortunately refund is not possible. If however they are deemed faulty, we can usually issue replacements or refunds depending on the manufacturers warranty policies, and if the fault is repairable or not.

The only reason why I'm giving these…

The only reason why I'm giving these liars and thieves a 1 star rating is because there is no negative star option.

We bought a Fetch TV set top box and all was fine, for a while. After several months, the box started losing transmission to the TV... dropping sound for just a couple of seconds every now and then. Over time it got worse and worse until it became completely unwatchable. Attempting to return the item, but was told their technical person was off work that day. Left my number and my wife's number and was promised a call back the next day. 1 week and still no call back later, I return to the store with the Fetch box. Was called a liar and a terrible customer for wanting to return a faulty product and banned from ever coming back to the store.

Well Lionel and Yenda, on that one, I certainly can agree. I will NEVER buy a single thing from Bing Lee again. My wife and I have bought plenty from you and not just cheap stuff. We used to only get the high ticket items. But never again because of the rude arrogant staff at your Guildford branch.

Worst experience i had bing lee

I had purchased a clothes dryer with them and paid to wall mount, they have sent out someone on the 05/07/2021 to install it , but on the same night the dryer have fallen out and cause short circuit and damage other stuff, I have never experience anything like this before I will be taking this matter to higher level department of fair trading

We are sorry to hear there has been such a failure of the installation, but sometimes accidents do happen despite the high quality of work and this can be caused by a number of factors. Worst experience ever

I bought online from Bing Lee directly, advertised price $263 plus $6 postage minus $10 discount and got it for $259 delivered. They took my money and 12 days later when I've called, they said they don't have stock and it's on backorder. Checked Bing Lee website to see the same doorbell was still advertised at the $329 price and it's IN STOCK for pick up and delivery. I contacted Bing Lee and received a standard reply - "we're expecting stock to our warehouse soon (in week or month - they did not specify)" and cannot guarantee it will be delivered in weeks or months. I've asked if I can collect my order from the local store in Sydney and their answer shocked me even more - sure, we can CANCEL your online order for $259 and you can go in-store and buy it for $329. False and misleading advertising. Worst experience ever, would not recommend to deal with. Complaint to ACCC has been filled.
UPDATE: contacted Customer Care as requested and they have been really helpfull - I've managed to negotiate on a $100 gift card and they've shipped my order just today - 12/07/2021.
At the end, we all could have good experience if BL would update customers accordingly. Recent experience changed to 3 stars.
