Left me high and dry
Left me high and dry
I was always singing the praise of Billing finance to friends family and even the odd car dealer.
First agreement was on a 17k car which i paid off within 12 months
Second agreement 10k i managed to settle with inside 2 years
Never missed a payment always paid.
In November I was even offered a 3rd agreement for a van but being sensible I save hard and on Friday settled my agreement and paid £8300.
I called yesterday to obtain a credit limit to buy a new Van only to be told.
WE NO LONGER OFFER FINANCE TO SELF EMPLOYED PEOPLE EVEN IF YOU ARE THE PERFECT CUSTOMER WHO PAYS WITHOUT FAIL AND PAYS OFF EARLY.
This has now put me in a position with no Money and no finance.

I do not recommend using billing…
I do not recommend using billing finance for many reasons from lack of communications and rude , i am wondering how this company still around and please make sure you pay on time or you will have some ridiculous charges . Avoid at any cost .

I fell behind on my payments and told…
I fell behind on my payments and told them I was struggling. Was sent an income and expenditure form which I tried to complete and it failed so was sent another one which I completed. Due to the forms not being exactly the same they want access to my bank accounts, which I am not comfortable with. I said I can tell you how much I can afford to clear the arrears which would be cleared in a month (2 at most) and was told that my word wasn’t enough, so basically they don’t trust me. I have been making payments on time for around 4 years.
