Good afternoon, I have tried calling you to discuss your review and find out where Finset or our partners involved in setting up the agreement have failed to reach the exacting standards we strive to achieve with all our customers. As I am sure you can appreciate, there are multiple moving parts in setting up the finance to be paid in an exact window, once a customer has confirmed they are happy with the vehicle and ready to proceed. We have numerous checks we need to do to ensure we are protecting all parties involved, being yourself as the customer, the dealer and the lender. Unfortunately to ensure we are protecting all parties we must follow certain procedures. I am sorry if by doing this it held up the handover process but we have a duty of care to protect you and all other parties involved in the transaction. If you could please return my call, I would love the opportunity to discuss this with you further to find out where and how we can improve our process or communications. Good morning Tracey, I am sorry that you feel your experience with Finset was only worthy of one star. Unfortunately, some of the delays you experienced were out of our control. We rely on all parties to provide us with the paperwork needed in a timely manner to speed up any handovers. We also don't want to pay out too quickly or prior to the customers confirming they are happy with the vehicle as this would then delay organising finance on a replacement vehicle.
