Betts Metal Sales Recensioni

My first purchase from this company of a sizeable piece of gold bullion wire. Excellent product. No nicks or scratches, very clean and neatly cut. Excellent customer service answering questions quickly. A very good and reassuring experience and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

The customer care from Betts Metals has been second to none. Whether in relation to handling our queries or sorting out a minor issue. The grace, speed, and efficiency with which our purchase was handled was fantastic. As an added bonus, they are very competitive on price. Special mention to Nina and Marie.

Good service they didn't have exactly what I needed but were prompt to get back to me and sorted it out

Efficient, order despatched quickly, good quality very happy with both orders. Excellent service. Always friendly and helpful.

Helpful customer service and great product, would definitely use them again.

I had a custom made order of
bullion alloy. The product is excellent and Betts were brilliant at communication and delivery.

Really pleased with my recent order with Betts.
I had my relatively small batch of scrap processed by them with no processing charge (special offer), then I ordered bullion against the amount. This came cleanly cut and well packaged.
So got rid of my scrap and replaced with quality bullion
Many thanks!

Friendly staff.

First time customer , Very impressed with service and kept informed of order and delivery which was very quick.Fantastic price and a british company

3rd time I have used you for my orders and once again everything was handled quickly and despatched on time. Will be back I am sure

Betts became my sole source of bullion a few years ago, their price points are usually half that of others, almost always delivered next day with a friendly person always at the other end of the phone.

The usual swift high quality service from Betts. I’ll be back.

I have dealt with Betts for over 11 years and have been delighted with their professional caring attitude. I have always been treated as a valued customer whether it be for metal refining, processing, purchasing and in latter years their tools and other supplies. All the people in their team are a real credit to the company, knowledgeable and friendly. Highest possible praise and recommendation from a longstanding client.

Sent my silver Monday, confirmed receipt and price given by Tuesday and paid directly. Really first class service and more than fair price offered. Really happy with this company as it is always a worry sending this sort of thing. Instant contact and money straight into nominated bank account. We have dealt with other companies (Cookson Gold) but this was by far the better deal.

I found Betts metals to be very professional and helpful. I sent my scrap silver yesterday afternoon. By this afternoon, I received an email from them telling me the value of the silver and that the money would be in my bank account by tomorrow, at the latest. They were very helpful. A lot of the other companies won't take a smaller amount of silver, but Betts Metals did I'm pleased to say. Thanks to them. Five stars!

My experience of Betts was terrible, the least professional company I've ever done business with. Try Cousins uk or Cookson Gold instead they are far more professional.
