I've been a customer of Betts for a relatively short time but over that period they have consistently out performed other comparable UK suppliers.
Friendly helpful staff, super fast delivery and high quality products.
My most recent purchase was a huge investment for me- a microwelder price over 2k. Nowhere was able to supply exactly what I wanted except Betts. Also recommended by another jeweller I went for it and to my amazement it arrived carefully packed 2 days later !

Usually have no trouble at all with Betts. This time the website couldn’t hold the items in my basket for half an hour even though I was sent an email reminding me that I have items waiting. Tried to return to website using the link on the email to place that order and when I got there the basket is empty? Logged in to find an earlier basket which no longer applies. Called Betts to try and order over the phone but they could not see my order despite them having sent me the email just minutes earlier. Somewhat fed up I re ordered to discover that unavailable items are back ordered and sent at additional expense. I have placed my order in the website is dreadful and basically doesn’t work well.

Just sent me a sales credit note for things I haven’t ordered and don’t want. This does not give me confidence or trustin your company. In fact, it is illegal to try and bill someone for something I haven’t ordered. It comes under dishonest laws and the fraudulent activity laws if you wanna look them up.
