Betts Metal Sales Recensioni

Although part of my order arrived, following contact with Betts they were apologetic that an item was out of stock, and super helpful in getting me a replacement tool very quickly. I had both e-mail and a phone call from them. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

Ordered a gents gold ring and exactly as expected. Will definitely order again😃

All the items that I’ve ordered arrived in one day , silver sheet and silver square wire are just perfect, Thank you , I’ll definitely purchase again .

Excellent service, I have bought a couple of items now and price and service has been great, haven’t looked through entire catalog as only bought gold clasps so far, but they were the best price I could find for what I wanted, will use again

Always great quality and delivery.
I have used Betts metals often and have never had any problems. I would definitely recommend them

Quick and easy ordering process using Betts website. Needed the items fast so paid for special delivery postage, items with me the next day.

Items all as expected, and packaged well.

Will be using again, and may even migrate to them from my usual supplier

I'm just about to retire after 47 years most of those with you as my supplier and have to say it's been really good relationship, you've always gone the extra yard for me.

I love that Betts are a family owned and run company, they go out of their way to help with your requirements. Their bullion prices are incredibly competitive and turnaround times incredibly quick and if it’s not, you’re given an estimated date for completion

Excellent service, I hadn’t used Betts before, but I’m very impressed. I spoke to someone on the phone about what I was sending I we agreed I probably wouldn’t get anything for the gold plating on my silver items, but I got the gold value and the silver. They sent the credit note by email as soon as they received my package and the money was in my bank the next day!

Nothing is too much trouble. Really knowledgeable. Really well trained staff.
It feels like the staff run with a genuine small business heart, but with a big business capacity to give you exactly what you need. Been working with them for years.

Stock availability, quick delivery, good quality products.

First class service from beginning to end. Very competitive prices - the items I purchased were lower than the same items offered at a Black Friday discount with other suppliers. Communication was excellent throughout. Dispatched super fast with tracking. Very well packed. Would recommend and would use again.
