Since stumbling across Best car finder, I needed a car as soon as possible. I rang up and Shanelle was so pleasant from the first instance. She was on it straight away to find me the best deal and the car I really wanted. I had been to a few companies to enquire, but shanelle had found me the best deal in the matter of a day of speaking to her and had the best customer service that I had to refuse others. From the get go she has been very promising,informative, answered every call, responded to emails and answered every annoying question that I could have asked. She has made the little wait time on this car feel like it’s not been a long wait and reassured us along the way. I can’t recommend her enough and the company. I had ordered a Mercedes through BCF and received excellent service. The sales service was top, they are prompt to email queries and have answered every single one of my questions with excellent details. Main factors in rating the highest is that they kept a price promise that I received on a hot deal. Prior to this, two other different brokers had reneged their offer and had asked me to pay thousands extra, citing invalid reasons.I had also got to a similar issue at BCF where dealership failed to accept this order under the discounted deal and wanted me to pay thousands extra. However with the few exchange with the sales dealer, they had chased up with the dealership on their price promise and helped me get the discounted deal that I had secured. Potentially saving me few thousands over the course of the deal. Without their help, couldn’t’ve done it. Big thanks to Alex Young.

Received a call within half hr or making an enquiry online, Adam provided me with everything (and more) in regard the specific car and the deal I was after. Within a couple hrs from first contact the finance was sorted, car ordered and deal done and dusted. Everything I needed sorted seemlessly and stress-free all in one morning.
