would not use again I was not exposed, the mattress is too soft, and it has a lower left hand side on the right hand side to the left hand side, if you made it more clear in your small print that a mattress wouldn't be exchanged after an hour of trying it, I would not of bought from you in the first place, you are very unhelpful, I told you on an email I am housebound so can't go out to try mattresses, I HOPE YOU ENJOY HAVING MY £439, AS THE ONLY PLACE FIT FOR THIS MATTRESS IS THE TIP

Hi Lynne, as explained in our many emails. Our 5 star reviews for customer service and product quality speak for themselves. We do not advertise or offer a sleep trial period. It's a shame you feel the need to go to Trustpilot to leave a negative review of our business simply because you purchased an item not suitable for you without seeking our expert advice first. Then getting exposed trying to say the item was faulty then admitting that it wasn't. - The fact the you've come back to edit your review tells us more about you than it does about us as a business. If any prospective customers click on Lynne's profile you will see she defaults to leaving 1 star reviews.

Excellent service and excellent product…
Excellent service and excellent product (Bedmaster Emperor Orthopaedic Divan Bed Set). Slight damage to a drawer (due to delivery/transit not manufacturer/product) but BBD provided a new drawer without quibble within days. Would recommend - plenty of other sharks out there !

I ordered a bed and mattress on Wednesday and spoke to Jason who was extremely helpful and told me it will be delivered on Friday. I had conformation later that day and then the night before delivery I was given a time slot. On the delivery day I had a phone call telling me they would be with me within the hour the delivery men were amazing and carried the bed to my room of choice. I would definitely recommend this company and actually have already today. Thank you for making the order so easy.

Shout out to your web page creators, the easiest site to use that I have come across ever, great to use, simple efficient to navigate, impressive delivery man carried mattress all the way upstairs and into the room all by himself, he was quietly courteous, smiling, pleasant and helpful. The mattress no complaints here, great mattress and great price. Happy with everything from start to finish

Bad customer experience
I bought two double beds from Beds Direct. Delivery was arranged. It was a nightmare because the delivery company did not deliver the beds as agreed. They claimed that we were not in to accept the beds. However my building has 24 hour front desk. We have also informed my front desk to expect the delivery and to let them to the unit. I had thought that there were miscommunication however I spoke to my concierge and found out that NO ONE has arrived at my building. The re-arrangement for delivery is also very unpleasant. I was made to pay additional fees to arrange the delivery and even if I want to cancel the order I have to pay a fees. I did feel that it was unfair to me because my building has 24 hour access - so in what circumstance did the delivery men decide that they are unable to deliver the bed. Did they even turn up at my building? If they did they would know that there is a front desk!
Subsequently it took another additional 4 days for the beds to be delivered. We had to sleep on the floor for 4 nights.
When the re-arranged delivery were finally made, we found that the delivery men were most unhelpful. We asked some questions as there were two different beds. They kept repeating "we are just delivering, we have no further information". Do note that the items were all delivered in pieces and you have to figure out how each pieces were meant to be fitted together and assemble them yourselves.
If I was not in urgent need of the beds, I would have cancel the order. It has been such an unpleasant experience. I will definitely not be a repeat customer.

Your original delivery was missed because YOU WERE NOT HOME. It is as simple as that. You sent us x2 emails shortly after missing the delivery accepting that there had been a communication error between YOU and the FRONT DESK. This was nothing to do with us. Our delivery team arrived on time at the pre-agreed time and place. Our crew spoke with the front desk who stated they could not receive the delivery because there was NO ONE HOME. They can't safely store 2 massive beds under their desks or in the post box. You then incorrectly claimed that the delivery slot was for the PM when in fact in was the AM, as agreed and evidenced in both yours and our paper trail. You even told us in your email you weren't home. You also sent us varying contradicting emails, proving that you were and continue to tell lies for some reason. It took 4 days to rearrange because you MISSED your delivery on a FRIDAY morning. We then got out of office email reply saying you were OUT OF THE COUNTRY. The beds were delivered as soon as possible after this.
If we ship large items across the country and the customer isn't home, there isn't much we can really do. Most of us 5 star reviews here are for the EXACT same service and procedure, but this seemed to cause you confusion for some reason. Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to avoid some customers descending to Trustpilot to leave a 1 star review, basically in an attempt to 'get your own back' as opposed to leaving meaningful feedback.
