Shopping for kids beds - only shop in retail park with actual kids beds for display - would of liked to have had some more on display - staff very helpful and smooth process

Very helpful staff

Kept me informed about delivery. Delivery men were fantastic, working in extreme heat. They carried a heavy mattress up over a green to my house and took one away. They were friendly and cheerful.

I was helped by Azad in the Hedge End branch. He was really helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole process very simple. Delivery was on the assigned date and time (despite being one of the hottest days of the year) and the guys were again polite, helpful and got the job done quickly. Would definitely recommend Bensons.

The staff at Southampton were great. Very friendly and helpful especially Amber. Thank you to the two chaps who put it all together too, sorry didn't catch ur names. If you are moving the delivery address ensure you do it asap as we left if ten days until delivery date and the delivery got moved out by 4 days.

We had an excellent experience at the Southampton branch yesterday and I wanted to share how impressed we were with the service we received.

We arrived shortly before closing time (around 7:30pm, with the store closing at 8pm), and despite it being late in the evening, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and professional.

In particular, Azad provided outstanding customer service. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel completely comfortable and under no pressure whatsoever. Initially, we had only come into store to try a Simba mattress as we were planning to purchase at a later stage.

However, thanks to Azad’s friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful approach, he took the time to understand what we were looking for and introduced us to another option, the iGel mattress, which we were extremely impressed with in terms of both quality and value for money.

What really stood out was that at no point did he use any pushy sales tactics. Instead, his professionalism and customer-focused approach gave us confidence in making a decision. In fact, although we had no intention of purchasing on the day, we decided to place our order immediately because of the excellent service we received.

This was genuinely one of the best retail experiences we have had in a long time, and Azad deserves recognition for the difference he made to our purchasing decision.

We would absolutely recommend Bensons for Beds based on this experience.

Amazing customer service in store. Really did everything perfectly. Bed delivery was on time. Deliverers were courteous and pleasant. Carrying the bed to our room and even offer a few tips for easier assembly. Amazing service all round

furniture lovely, the furniture was well packed delivered at the time stated. 2 chaps brought it in very polite I could not fault the service.

The whole process from choosing the bed we wanted through the sale delivery and installation went very smoothly.

Was not expecting to buy from Bensons For Beds - however - on our first visit gathering info Amber was so helpful whenever we needed to clarify something that when we eventually decided on the exact products we needed we made sure to go back to Amber to place the order. We also had Delivery, Assembly & Recycling and Matt's team were exceptional (in appalling weather conditions). We could not fault even one little issue. Absolute top marks all round

I paid for tv set up and was not shown in detail how it all worked and 30 mins after the team left the tv stopped working - no sound and constantly reverts to the instore advert page

From the first phone call to,I think it was Nigel, all was excellent.
Nigel in particular was really helpful in all areas

When we entered the shop, a very nice girl came over to us. We had very Pacific needs as the bed had to fit into a rather tight space. The girl (sorry, can't remember her name)was extremely helpful but not pushy. We didn't think we would get a bed to fit the space, but the girl managed to find us one. We were kept up to date with how it was going and it arrived when they said it would. Two very nice chaps carried it up to the bedroom and were very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend Bensons to friends and family.

We were greeted by friendly sales assistant Azura as we entered the store, she built an immediate rapport with us. She listened to all our requirements and demonstrated excellent customer service, she was extremely knowledgeable, and extremely patient she gave us options to consider, above all she was a pleasure to meet, and we felt in very good hands and able to make an informed purchase.

Ordered a mattress, divan and headboard and was served by Nathan - he was excellent- knowledgeable but not pushy.
They kept us up to date about delivery schedules and held on to bed for a while while we were incapacitated.
The delivery team were also excellent- it was an extremely hot day but they were polite and efficient, taking the bed up to the room etc.
I would definitely recommend Bensons for quality & service. As a company they should be pleased to know how great their staff are!
