Great from start to finish
From start to finish, the service was great. The bed we have is perfect and on choosing our mattress, the staff gave us the time and space we needed to choose along with providing guidance on which one would meet our needs.

We went into the Hedge End
We went into the Hedge End, Southampton branch after visiting a couple of competitors stores and explained what we wanted and our budget to Jonathan, who managed to find and sell us exactly what we were after.
He was very knowledgeable and polite and we would recommend both Jonathan and Benson Beds to our friends and family. We were kept up to date with the delivery schedule and the bed is very comfortable and should last a long time. Overall, very satisfied.

Kept me up to date about my bed
Phone call half an hour before delivery very professional. The guys were exceptional with delivering my bed and removing my old one, and very respectable about my property removing there shoes. Thank you

Visited the Hedge End store at a quiet…
Visited the Hedge End store at a quiet time. Made to feel very welcome. Plenty of choice and Azura soon narrowed down a range that suited our requirements. Spent the next hour or so trying out the mattresses and pillows. We felt relaxed and were not rushed. We were given plenty of information and the whole ordering process was explained clearly by Azura.
A good experience and we thoroughly recommend the store and staff.
