Don't buy when pregnant!!
I bought my new bed and matress at 5 month's pregnant, it felt very uncomfortable I woke up with aches all over my body I was sure it was due to my pregnancy because it couldn't be my new bed surely. But 10 weeks postpartum and my body hurts so much worse. My shoulder hips and knees burn through the night I have to turn over multiple times and my back aches so much. I expect broken sleep with a newborn but with this uncomfortable matress it's killing me! The aches and pains from the matress are exhausting and after a long day I dread going to bed. Is there anything I can do? Please help!!

I can honestly say Bensons for Beds delivery team, namely Joel & Nick, were absolutely top class. Confirmed the date of delivery a week in advance and on the actual date, text to say they would be earlier than anticipated by approximately 1 hour. Later rang to say they would be here in 20 minutes. After putting shoe covers on when they arrived they were so expertise plus careful in delivering and removing both mattresses. In fact the best delivery team I have ever encountered. A real credit to Bensons for Beds whom I would.highly recommend. A big thank you for excellent service all round.

Delivered on time , The delivery team Joel and Nick where very helpful.

Elderly parents, both with medical conditions, purchased in April 24 - over £5k bed to assist them with more ease in sleep and getting in and out of bed.

Delivery was missing part in July 24 and my parents are still awaiting. The bed DOES NOT function fully without the part.

Very helpful staff member , she was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional, overall a nice relaxing experience which is rare when spending thousands of pounds.

Service as we walked through the door, sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and was happy to show us around and recommend different beds.

The manager was a right grumpy bugger old guy with a bit of a belly. Acting like he owned the place and everyone was below him, even the customers. We went in to ask questions regarding a bed we previously purchased just over 5 years ago. Regarding the warranty ect he had a right attitude towards us asking the questions. Luckily you had a lovely Asian woman and a white buy with a bald head working there to make your customers feel welcome. The guy with the bald head around 35 was so helpful if he wasn’t dealing with us we would have gone elsewhere, thank you

Initially went for just a mattress and a headboard. Ended up buying a new base as well NB: Our own decision, not down to pressure from salesperson!!
