Need trained staff who can do the receipts properly.
These days most of bed companies do free delivery but I had to pay a good amount of the money to have this service.

The staffs are very friendly and ready to help

Had a great experience in stores. Emma was fantastic, really friendly approachable, and not pushy at all. She made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Would deffo recommend!

This review is not about the in-store customer service, but rather the overall experience and disappointment I've faced since May.

I was given two separate delivery dates. The first one was cancelled because, according to them, my bed set was given to another customer. I wasn’t even informed properly—the date just passed with no one showing up. I ended up wasting two days of annual leave waiting around for a delivery that never came.

Eventually, they gave me another date—in September. That’s an unacceptably long wait after all the delays and poor communication.

Frankly, I don’t trust this company anymore. They make promises they don’t keep, and there seems to be a rush to collect good reviews rather than provide reliable service. Customer service often gave conflicting or made-up information, and no one really seemed to know what was going on.

I would never buy from them again. It's better to deal with a company—big or small—that values customers and doesn’t let them down more than once. Cancelled my order but not waiting another 5 months

Very helpful staff, pleasant and attentive. Listened to what I wanted and advised on matteress.

Bought a mattress from Bensons and was very pleased with the experience. The salesman (Owen) was informative, patient, and helped me find the right option without any pressure. Great customer service throughout.

Great initial service in-store followed by a great delivery service.. very pleased and would highly recommend!

I really like the product and the delivery team did a very good job.

Three mattresses and now left without one, the first delivered as a double not a king-size shop error, second one delivered correct size but stained looked like it had been used, third arrived in the same condition totally unacceptable and no one takes responsibility including customer service and no refund for delivery

This time I came into the store looking for a bed for my youngest daughter. She was very precise in what she wanted. A lady called Mirralul (sorry if not spelt correctly) was very attentive, patient and helpful. My daughter left a happy girl getting the bed she wanted!

Good and helpful sales person

Colin is an excellent sales person, we weren’t sure if we were going to purchase a bed but loved the bed he showed us! Very informative, friendly and professional. Now really excited to receive the bed.

Shannon at the Elk Mill location was fantastic. Didn’t follow us around pestering us, just let us browse a few different options and was available when we needed her. Explained the mattress protection scheme perfectly and made it all make sense. If you’re heading to Elk Mill lolok out for her!
