From choosing a mattress in the showroom through to delivery, it has been a stress free experience. With patient and knowledgeable sales staff, regular updates on my order, and the offer of an early delivery, I couldn't have asked for a better service. And to top it all off, I love my new mattress. Zzzzzzz

The team at the Engield Retail Park were very professional, helpful and highly knowledgeable.
The understood my requirements perfectly and made suggestions accordingly without any hard sell. In the end i opted to change another mattress because of their exceptional customer service.

Good service from the shop to the delivery polite in all areas

The shop assistant suggested options and pointed out certain mattresses and deals that were going on at the time which could have suited me best, and then they allowed me to explore the shop and try out mattresses and then I came back to him with my decision.

From the moment I walked in to the store a member of staff offered help , and explained the different mattresses etc. She was very professional and helpful. I was kept informed about delivery date and time, and received advice on how to care for the mattress

We bought our bed from the Enfield branch. We had excellent service from the beginning through to the delivery. We were kept informed of the progress of our order throughout. Our bed was delivered on time as expected by very careful delivery staff.
A further observation is that it would be more helpful if there were more medium tension mattresses in the showroom to try out.

From the moment I walked through the doors at Bensons for Beds to the time of delivery and installation, I can best describe the service as excellent and beyond my expectations.

From the minute we walked in the show room the staff was fantastic really polite and give you enough space to look without jumping on us to buy something (which most furniture shop do)
Staff asked if we needed help and left us to look around on our own. They told us they’re around for any questions if we need them.
Mark and Rushid were extremely helpful and friendly making us feel like a valued customer. They are a credit to the team and make us feel like we would come back in the future

Great customer service from end-to-end, from the customer service in store to the delivery to my home.

Great instore service followed by quick and efficient delivery. Got a courtesy call the day before to confirm delivery and then they called 30mins before arrival on the day. They Came on time and were very polite and efficient. Made the bed quickly and were gone within an hour. Cleaned up after themselves. Can’t complain, excellent service.

We were introduced to Rushid who guided us to several different mattresses he was very knowledgeable and listened to our concerns and narrowed it down 3 mattresses he said to spend as much time as you need and said he would give us space to try them all out. There was no “ hard sell” and no pressure we were given a quote, again he said go home have a think about it, after the weekend Mark called to see if we wanted to secure the quote and I went to store and Mark carried on with our purchase as Rushid was called to another branch . Everything went smoothly both salesmen were great and the delivery guys did a great job too 10/10 for customer service and satisfaction too.

Excellent in store service. Very happy also with the quality of the bed. The two man team that delivered and constructed the bed were also very good. Only negative was around organising the delivery date. An automated SMS text messages indicated a different delivery date to that which came via email and therefore created some confusion and stress - The manager at the store intervened and was efficient in resolving and clarifying the delivery date

Rashid was Very helpful and polite. My bed was able to be held as I had to see how I was going to get rid of my old mattress. Happy with my new mattress .
