Most favourite experience so far
From buying the mattress at the Enfield branch, to the delivery drivers, I had no complaints. Everyone was funny, polite and well mannered. This is my 3rd mattress from Benson's, but by far my most favourite experiences. The mattress has been a God send and my sleep has been better in my last stages of pregnancy. It has also helped with my hip pain. The delivery time was faster than I expected and I think this is my favourite mattress out of all 3. Thank you Bensons.

Stress free from start to finish
From choosing a mattress in the showroom through to delivery, it has been a stress free experience. With patient and knowledgeable sales staff, regular updates on my order, and the offer of an early delivery, I couldn't have asked for a better service. And to top it all off, I love my new mattress. The understood my requirements perfectly and made suggestions accordingly without any hard sell. In the end i opted to change another mattress because of their exceptional customer service.

The shop assistant suggested options and pointed out certain mattresses and deals that were going on at the time which could have suited me best, and then they allowed me to explore the shop and try out mattresses and then I came back to him with my decision.

Nice place to shop in Enfield
We bought our bed from the Enfield branch. We had excellent service from the beginning through to the delivery. We were kept informed of the progress of our order throughout. Our bed was delivered on time as expected by very careful delivery staff.
A further observation is that it would be more helpful if there were more medium tension mattresses in the showroom to try out.

Grate service
From the minute we walked in the show room the staff was fantastic really polite and give you enough space to look without jumping on us to buy something (which most furniture shop do)
Staff asked if we needed help and left us to look around on our own. They told us they’re around for any questions if we need them.
Mark and Rushid were extremely helpful and friendly making us feel like a valued customer. They are a credit to the team and make us feel like we would come back in the future
