Easy choice without being bugged by staff. Staff member very friendly when purchasing new bed

Paul who was super helpful gave us great advice and went above and beyond to organise everything.
We were very impressed with his help.

I was warmly welcomed by the sales person, Paul, who was very professional.
Once I explained what I was looking for he gave me a very comprehensive overview of the pricing structure and showed me a variety of products that I may be interested in.
Having placed an order I was most impressed with the efficiency of the follow up administration.

The young man who assisted us was polite and extremely helpful in providing information about the product. He was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to make our decision to purchase.
We had visited the store some weeks previously to view your product range and been attended to by the same person. Again on this occasion we received the same high level of service and because of this we went back to Bensons because we were impressed.

We went to the Dover store and was served by Katie. She is absolutely amazing, we bought a bed this time last year and were served by her. So glad she was available this time as well.

My husband and I were very happy with our shopping experience at the Dover store. Katie, paul and Paula were exceptional we couldn’t have had better customer service.
The delivery men were also exceptional, I wasn’t home when the bed was delivered my husband was and he was very impressed but he didn’t get anyone’s names. We would highly recommend bensons for beds

We were welcomed by both Paul and Paula on Saturday. Paul spent about two hours sharing his knowledge. We left the shop more than happy we had enough information to make an executive decision. When we returned on Monday both Paula and Paul welcomed us again. We reassured ourselves by viewing the bed and frame again that we had made the right choice. Paul then went through all the additional options but at no point did we feel pressured. Thank you Paul we look forward to our bed and frame just before Christmas.

The staff were helpful

We bought three beds and three bedside cabinets from the Dover (Whitfield) branch. Staff there could not have been more helpful when the delivery date was unexpectedly delayed beyond our convenience. They made phone calls, sent emails and worked tirelessly our behalf to get the furniture within our time frame. We were kept up to date with their enquiries at every stage and thanks to their efforts, the beds were delivered on time. These staff members were Starr, Katie, and Paul and they are a credit to Bensons. On delivery day, the drivers turned up on time and assembled the beds quickly and without fuss, despite small rooms and the help of two nosy dogs in their way! This face to face contact was all exceptional; however, Customer Service on the phone were such a useless department. Very unhelpful and disinterested.

The delivery of my goods were on time and efficiently executed, delivery persons were polite and respectful of my property.

Paula was very knowledgeable on our needs concerning anew mattress.She was very polite

The staff were friendly without being pushy. Product knowledge was excellent and there was no limit to the amount of time you could take making your decision. A very pleasant experience, thank you.

One bed working was told the other bed would not work because the plug would not fit in the socket and would have to be replaced by an engineer that was over a week ago and I’ve heard nothing from Bensons not even a phone call text or email very poor show indeed

We went into the shop and received good advice.
Looked online and found even more choice with great descriptions.
Ordered, delivered all as promised.
Fabulous nights sleep ever since.

Lovely friendly young lady called Starr. Very helpful and made our visit great.

Starr was most helpful, and patient. Helped me to choose the right colour wardrobe for my bedroom. She even stayed after her shift had ended, to make sure that I could finish my order and benefit from the special offer. She was lovely, not pushy, made me feel valued as a customer.

Although my bed hasn’t arrived yet, I wanted to take a moment to share how impressed I am with Paul the salesman so far. His dealing with us was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different options, and made the whole buying process feel easy and stress-free.

It’s clear he cared about making sure customers are happy, and that made a big difference in my decision to purchase. Based on the quality of service and the detailed description of the bed, I’m confident it’s going to be exactly what I was looking for.

Looking forward to delivery day and will update once it arrives — but so far, a very positive experience!
