Bed was delivered and is of awful…
Bed was delivered and is of awful quality. The veneer edges all chipped , am shocked it's actually been sent out like that. Now I am stuck with this bed in 3 big boxes as is super king bed in my room so cant even Sleep in there for the next 2 weeks until its picked up! Have no where else to store the boxes u til they are collected . Extremely disappointed.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff
Wanted to go to store rather than buying online, feel this is important for buying something like a bed and mattress, also wanted to pay in cash, probably a bit rare these days but staff were super helpful and weren’t fazed by my cash as SO many places are, got in and out in no time, got exactly what I wanted and served by a nice lady who was knowledgeable about the stock range.

We opted for the handmade, luxury mattress - the first time we have ever not gone for one of the cheapest we could find - and having slept on it, I wish we had saved up and bought better mattresses over the last 40 years!
The delivery team were lovely and delivered the mattress with an infectious cheerfulness and care for the mattress and the over-excited dog.
