The sales person in store was very helpful and friendly.
We opted for the handmade, luxury mattress - the first time we have ever not gone for one of the cheapest we could find - and having slept on it, I wish we had saved up and bought better mattresses over the last 40 years!
The delivery team were lovely and delivered the mattress with an infectious cheerfulness and care for the mattress and the over-excited dog.

The young man who assisted us was polite and extremely helpful in providing information about the product. He was not pushy and gave us plenty of time to make our decision to purchase.
We had visited the store some weeks previously to view your product range and been attended to by the same person. Again on this occasion we received the same high level of service and because of this we went back to Bensons because we were impressed.

We went to the Dover store and was served by Katie. She is absolutely amazing, we bought a bed this time last year and were served by her. So glad she was available this time as well.

My husband and I were very happy with our shopping experience at the Dover store. Katie, paul and Paula were exceptional we couldn’t have had better customer service.
The delivery men were also exceptional, I wasn’t home when the bed was delivered my husband was and he was very impressed but he didn’t get anyone’s names. We would highly recommend bensons for beds

We were welcomed by both Paul and Paula on Saturday. Paul spent about two hours sharing his knowledge. We left the shop more than happy we had enough information to make an executive decision. When we returned on Monday both Paula and Paul welcomed us again. We reassured ourselves by viewing the bed and frame again that we had made the right choice. Paul then went through all the additional options but at no point did we feel pressured. Thank you Paul we look forward to our bed and frame just before Christmas.

The staff were helpful

We bought three beds and three bedside cabinets from the Dover (Whitfield) branch. Staff there could not have been more helpful when the delivery date was unexpectedly delayed beyond our convenience. They made phone calls, sent emails and worked tirelessly our behalf to get the furniture within our time frame. We were kept up to date with their enquiries at every stage and thanks to their efforts, the beds were delivered on time. These staff members were Starr, Katie, and Paul and they are a credit to Bensons. On delivery day, the drivers turned up on time and assembled the beds quickly and without fuss, despite small rooms and the help of two nosy dogs in their way! This face to face contact was all exceptional; however, Customer Service on the phone were such a useless department. Very unhelpful and disinterested.

The delivery of my goods were on time and efficiently executed, delivery persons were polite and respectful of my property.

Paula was very knowledgeable on our needs concerning anew mattress.She was very polite
