Very knowledgeable staff who left us alone until we were ready to chat through details about the beds etc.

Also have a disabled father who they were great with and provided a great service to me and my family- thank you.

Although the sofa bed we wanted to look at wasn’t available in this store, an alternative, which was nearly identical was. Meshaq was friendly and helpful and demonstrated how the bed worked. Purchased in less than half an hour, sort of shopping I like.

Great selection of beds to choose from. Sales staff extremely pleasant and not pushy. Very knowledgeable too and helpful.

When we first came to browse we wasn't attacked straight away and forced to rush with decisions. After long walk-around guy came to us, asked do we need any help, do we have some questions and if we need any help just contact him and he left us to decide (in that way we didn't felt any pressure). Meshaq was very professional and helpful. In the end we bought bed with mattress and pillows. Definitely recommending everyone to come here.

Good service without being over attentive

We were attended by AKRAM in Sales during our visits. He was patient, courteous and calmly went out of his way during those visits to look for our requirements to our satisfaction. Special mention for Store Manager, Meshaq McClleland.
Now hope products and delivery meet upto their professional standards!!!

Lady that dealt with us was brilliant. Lady was helpful pointed us in right direction delivery was booked within a week just waiting for delivery on monday
