Bensons For Beds - Coventry206 Recensioni

Really helpful made buying our new base easy

I think it’s difficult to know what you need in a mattress by lying on it for a couple of minutes. The support of sales colleagues is very important to focus on what will make a difference and I thought Akram helped us a lot.

Staff were really friendly and very helpful.

Excellent sales assistant

Paul, the salesman at the Coventry branch, was extremely helpful in assisting us with our requirements and got us a really good deal

The young man who looked after me was so nice and kind he is a credit to your company

Delivered in time, old mattress removed and new mattress put into room of choice. Great job 👌🏻

Quick and gave info.

Very friendly welcoming especially the staff would Denfinately recommend to my friends and family ...Thanku so much for understanding my disability ❤️🙏

The customer service was outstanding. They listened to what I needed and showed me my options. There was no hard sale I at no time felt pressured. Aftercare was explained to me. Just waiting for my delivery. I was on my own and felt comfortable and valued as a customer.

The showroom had a good selection of mattresses and as it was during a sale period, the prices were good as well. The lady who served us was very knowledgeable and not pushy, so the whole experience was very good and would definitely recommend them!

Great service at store with helpful & respectful staff, i bought an eve hybrid duo mattress & 2 igel pillows all of which i can highly recommend to anyone, well done & many thanks.

Akram was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and not at all pushy

Amazing service from the manager at your coventry store. Really took the time to get to know me and understand what I needed, showed me several options and although over my budget he helped me to complete a finance application which was brilliant. STRONGLY recommend Bensons for beds coventry.

Easy to order and they’re taking the old mattress away as well

Friendly salesperson, well laid out showroom.

We had a fantastic experience when we visited last Saturday to buy a new mattress. Natalie helped us to find the right firmness and then took us to try lots of different mattresses. She explained the differences between them and gave us the time we needed to try each one properly so we could make an informed decision. We couldn't fault the excellent service we received and we came away having bought what we wanted.

Akram the young man who dealt with us regarding purchasing a bed was a very helpful very patient young man. Nothing was to much trouble for him in helping us make the right decision.

Proudly to say that we have been blessed to receive such a wonderful service from such a respected person in Coventry store, who showed us each and every single promotion and product.
We are relaxed and happy and excited to receive my bed and ready ti order another one as the offers are still on.

Thanks a lot
