From initial visit to Bensons in Coventry, the bed try and select process, the pre delivery information updates and the delivery and removal of old mattress, I have to say it was about as good a retail experience as we have ever had. Our salesman Manrai was new to the business, but he was extremely helpful and was willing and able to get help from his colleagues, if required. Have to say we engaged with all the team while in the shop and they were all very helpful and friendly. Great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Other retailers could learn a few things, if they copied and met Bensons very high customer service standards.

My husband and I had spent a lot of time thinking about which type of mattress we needed and a lot of time looking for the right one for us. From the minute we walked into Bensons for Beds in Coventry, we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. We explained what we were looking for and were guided to mattresses that would suit our needs. We were encouraged to try out each mattress and advised on its pros and cons until we found exactly the one for us. We were able to choose a convenient delivery date and were kept updated of a time slot a couple of days before delivery. The mattress is soooo comfortable to sleep on and is everything we had hoped it would be. Great value for money, very comfortable and great customer service. We would definitely recommend.

I went bed shopping with my grandaughter, the shop was nice and clean and well maintained. We looked at lots of beds and bounced on a few! The sales assistant was considerate and knowledgeable.
The shock came when I was told the delivery charge was £69.00! To me that is extortionate after paying £500 for a single bed, there is no other option so I had to pay it but I won't go back when I need another bed.
