Exactly what we were looking for.
My husband and I had spent a lot of time thinking about which type of mattress we needed and a lot of time looking for the right one for us. From the minute we walked into Bensons for Beds in Coventry, we were made to feel comfortable and welcome. We explained what we were looking for and were guided to mattresses that would suit our needs. We were encouraged to try out each mattress and advised on its pros and cons until we found exactly the one for us. We were able to choose a convenient delivery date and were kept updated of a time slot a couple of days before delivery. The mattress is soooo comfortable to sleep on and is everything we had hoped it would be. Great value for money, very comfortable and great customer service. We would definitely recommend.

From going into the store to delivery, the experience was very professional. Akran, the assistant explained everything to us very simply, very impressed. Steve and Jake, delivery men were very friendly, and delivered on time and placed in correct room.

Beware the extra charges
I went bed shopping with my grandaughter, the shop was nice and clean and well maintained. We looked at lots of beds and bounced on a few! The sales assistant was considerate and knowledgeable.
The shock came when I was told the delivery charge was £69.00! To me that is extortionate after paying £500 for a single bed, there is no other option so I had to pay it but I won't go back when I need another bed.

Layout in the shop is very good. Was welcomed straight away and then left to browse. Given a time slot for delivery. Felt a little more information could have been given other than “ its all in the envelope”

Amazing from start to finish
Amazing from start to finish. Akram from Coventry store was fantastic. Walked in the store he introduced himself and offered to help anyway needed. Left us to walk around and try all the mattresses. No pushy, clingy salesman tactics that we received in competitors store. When we narrowed it down to the few we liked Akram came over answered all our questions, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us a great price. I still wanted to think it over for another day or two, again no pushy salesman like tactics allowed us to take our time. Rang the store the next day and went forward with sale. Akram asked if I had a blue light card, I did so was really nice to know he was trying to get us the best price possible. Paid over the phone, was told our delivery date there and then (arrived on the date we were told).
Delivery.
Delivery drivers were also absolutely fantastic. We have a very narrow staircase and then a sharp turn at the top and then another sharp turn into our bedroom. We were worried the whole time that they wouldn't be able to deliver it to our chosen room. When they arrived we couldn't have asked for more. Nothing was a problem, again super friendly and helpful took the mattress into our bedroom and took all the plastic sheets away with them. Unfortunately didn't get thier names but they did a fantastic job.
Would absolutely recommend benson for beds to anyone. Great job all round. Thanks again

Good range of beds to view and try in store. Paul was very knowledgable and treated us with courtesy. He pointed us in the right direction for the type of bed we were looking for. Since the purchase we have been sent several emails detailing delivery times and what is expected on the day.
