I popped into Bensons For Beds in Coventry where the Sales Person named Intasar was very helpful indeed.
He knew my budget and the fact that I needed to factor in the price, assembly of the bed.
He wasn’t pushy at all, just very friendly and efficient & explained the process of delivery etc.
He said I could call him if I needed any help. Looking forward to my new bed!

Intasar fabulous sales staff
Intasar in the Coventry store was fabulous, very helpful full of knowledge and useful information and therefore able to help us purchase the perfect bed and mattress.
We were quite overwhelmed by all the differences and returned three times with him able to answer all our questions with great patience resulting in our purchase.

Excellent experience at Coventry store
Just purchase a new king size gaming bed with 43” TV. Love it, we went to the Coventry store by chance after an horrendous experience at Dreams. Paul was extremely knowledgeable, not pushy and I felt valued. Me and wife purchased it the day after following us measuring our bedroom. I would highly recommend Bensons!

The gentleman that showed us around the…
The gentleman that showed us around the store, called Instasar, was so patient and informative. He was listening to what was important to us and showed us all our available options without being pushy. He allowed us time to make decisions and had a lovely manner. We bought a kindsize divan, with mattress and headboard and a single divan and headboard.

We were greeted by Natalie
We were greeted by Natalie, and all the staff were very helpful whilst not being pushy! Natalie listened carefully to our requirements and allowed us time to try out various options both in bed base and mattress. We tried the ottoman option which we initially thought would suit us, but Natalie advised that the weight of a substantial mattress needed to be considered. We decided against the ottoman option due to back problems.
We tried a number of mattresses and found one that we both found really comfortable and supportive. Natalie was particularly helpful in advising us on a headboard. She gave us a quote but mentioned that there would be a special offer over the Bank Holiday weekend, and we took advantage of this by ordering on 22nd August.
The team on Friday helped us with colour matching too, and were most obliging. We had a follow up call at the weekend from Natalie, just to check that we were happy - this was much appreciated
