Browsing alone.
I was left to browse alone until I indicated that I wanted help from an assistant. She was absolutely excellent, giving me all the help and information I required to make my mind up about my purchase. I wish more shops/retail outlets would do the same.

Buying a bed made easy
We were greeted warmly and felt we were listened to. We quickly found what we were looking for and didn’t feel pressured to come to our buying decision. Really happy with the experience.

Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, not pushing for a sale allowed to look around without feeling any pressure to buy. Shop has relocated to Riverside retail park Chelmsford which is not on the drop down.

My mum and I visited the store a few weeks ago and what a smooth & enjoyable experience it was. From the moment upon entering the store, Denislava could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not only did she have a great knowledge of the products available she went out of her way to assist and support without putting any pressure to purchase. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for beds (and/or bedroom furniture) Thank you so much Denislava for everything!
