We had a great not to help from them yet the lady who was serving us she was very helpful very kind and she also notes that he what we was looking for very much for the help she gave me

Absolutely appalling. Ordered an ottoman bed from the Chelmsford in Essex store at end of July was told it was 6 weeks wait to have it delivered. Delivery was arranged for 26th Sept. Had emails and text message to confirm 2 hour delivery slot 8.50-10.50 on that day. No delivery took place and after many hours of trying to talk to the customer service dept was eventually told they had no stock. Then expected me to wait for a rescheduled date of 1st Nov if they get the stock. No remorse No compensation offered for their cock up and they have doubled the price and still advertising the Kennedy Ottoman bed for sale with no real idea if and when they can get stock. THATS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD. APPALLING SERVICE WILL NEVER USE AGAIN EVER AND SUGGEST NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER. On a side note then ordered identical bed from Amazon at a lower price with FREE DELIVERY which was delivered within 2 days. GO FIGURE

Bought a mattress recently and had a good buying experience. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I only went in to look for a new mattress and check out ottoman beds but then I got chatting to a wonderful sales assistant called Deni who was so knowledgable and not pushy at all.

She helped me to identify which bed would be right for me, demonstrated all the mechanisms of various ottoman beds.

In the end I thought ‘why not’ and bought a new bed and mattress.

Just goes to show that no pressure selling really works.

From going into the Chelmsford store at Riverside Retail Park and being greeted by Angela the sales assistant who helped me with my purchase of a new mattress. Angela was very pleasant, helpful, informative, patient, very experienced at her job and not at all pushy. I purchased the mattress of my choice and agreed a delivery date. Benson for Beds kept me informed by email/ text from beginning to end. My mattress was delivered with no hassle and in the time stated on the day. The delivery drivers were very pleasant, they put my mattress in the room where I wanted it to go and took my old mattress away as requested. Thank you Benson for Beds, I will definitely recommend you to others.

We weren’t sure of sizes when ordering wardrobes. The lady was very good with helping us plan the room for what we wanted

We were shown the relevant beds for our requirement without any problems quickly and efficiently.

The range of mattresses and beds the sleep detected was brilliant very uncomfortable to start for us then he changed the firmness etc and we git the most comfortable mattress for us and we also had alot to choose from.for our price range
We also bought lovely lorenzo bedroom furniture which came in loads of colours and styles exactly what we had been looking for and couldn't find
Lastly the salesman Paul was really knowledgeable he listened wasn't pushy explained everything to us and the lovely lady Angela that did our order and when few weeks later we wanted to add something they gave us a further discount on the 1 item and nothing was too much trouble
We went to the chelmsford Essex branch we woukd definitely go back there and recommend to friends and family very good old fashioned service with very knowledgeable and helpful friendly staff
