Best thing about the visit was the salesperson (Adam).
He was welcoming and friendly without being over-burdening. He allowed us to browse freely, without following us around (a definite "NO, NO" for me, so that was a BIG bonus), but he was always available to provide guidance and advice when needed, which turned out to be A LOT. Eventually found the perfect combination. Adam then handled the purchasing process very professionally. Left feeling very happy.

Helpful, quick and never at any point did I feel pressured into purchasing anything. Also they didn’t want to upsell me a bed which is refreshing.

Bought Ottoman bed, mattress and some accessories after excellent service from Paul. He spent considerable time testing our preferences, showing us budget, mid and high end options. Nothing was too much trouble. He was knowledgeable, polite, professional and gave us confidence in going ahead and making a purchase when we’d actually only gone in to begin a search for a new bed!! With the discounts applied by Paul we feel we have made the right choice of bed and mattress, and got good value for money.

Clear guidance, considered all the options, happily showed different features of bed. Compared and contrasted different beds and mattresses and was clear on the price points

Showroom was easy to navigate with comprehensive information about each bed/mattress. Staff were knowledgeable and supportive.

It is important however to let prospective purchasers have space and time to decide, without hovering nearby.

I was greeted on arrival and offered assistance. Having explained what I was looking for, I was shown a variety of options and talked through everything. I found the sales assistant to be helpful without being pushy.
