We were trying to price up the cost of a new mattress. when we explained what we were looking for it turned outr that there were only 2 in the shop that met our requirements. We were shown these and decided to buy one .

We recently purchased a divan bed and mattress for our children’s bedroom and are very satisfied with our choice. The quality of the products is excellent and the attention to detail is evident. This is not our first purchase from the company which demonstrates our trust in them.

We would also like to express our gratitude to Roberto, the store manager, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He paid great attention to detail and was very understanding of our needs guiding us patiently in selecting the appropriate products for our children’s room. His support made the experience smooth and reassuring.

Most importantly for us, our daughters are delighted with their new bed and have been sleeping well since we set it up. The comfort of the mattress is truly remarkable. We would happily recommend this company to any parents seeking high-quality products for their children.

The help from the staff, also patience and understanding made my purchase so much easier.

A helpful and informative service by the staff serving us at the shop.
We were well informed regarding the Date and Time of the delivery and the bed arrived when it was scheduled to arrive.
The delivery men were polite and very efficient.

From entering the store we were made welcome and without the agent being 'pushy' we managed to find what we wanted quickly and easily. The lead time was acceptable. Delivery was not disappointing in any way. The driver and assistant were both very helpful in putting the new bed where we wanted so we were able to work round it while swapping out the old one. Very good !

Excellent sales support. Given time to try a selection of mattresses, with advice offered on both mattress types, pros/cons based on my personal requirements, plus finance options. At no time did I feel pressured into making a purchase.
Delivery service was also excellent; with the team being very efficient with the removal of the old mattress and instalment of the new, plus cheerful throughout

I purchased an electric bed base from the Bournemouth store, Gabbie in the store and the delivery drivers were all very helpful, polite and informative. I had texts from the company keeping me updated on delivery and the driver called to let me know when they were on the way to me. I would highly recommend this company.

The sales man was amazing, we told him our budget and our needs. he did not try and sale us anything above our budget, in fact he managed to save us a fair amount. credit where credit is due, the sales man made it soo easy for us and that is how it should be. no BS just right to the point in what we wanted and just what we needed.

Bensons was recommended to me by my Osteopath, and the salesman Ruben fulfilled every optimism that I had. He allowed me room to make my own decision completely unhindered and uninfluenced. Patient and informative throughout, he brightly addressed every question I had about any bed that I wanted to try, without being at all invasive, patronising, or pushy. He seemed to know all the stock very well, and I felt he was completely comfortable in his job, which made me completely confident in making my decision and purchase through him. He and two other members of staff that I briefly met, made the whole experience pleasant rather than tiresome.

Very supportive staff, the gentleman in Bournemouth shop helped us to find the most appropriate bedframe and mattress for my teenage girl. It delivered on time and I am very happy with the bedframe as well as matress!!!

Roberto was the perfect salesman we told him what we wanted he then showed us everything in that range. No messing around we made our choice, paid and had a chat about delivery etc. Paid and left.

The delivery team of Jakub and Csaba were excellent. They were courteous, polite and extremely helpful in offering to set up the mattress and base for us. We are both in our seventies and would have found it very difficult to cope with a very heavy mattress. Well done Benson's for employing such a competent team!
