Bensons For Beds - Aylesford Recensioni

A five star purchase experience in every respect, in fact I would say ten out ten would be more appropriate. Both members of staff with whom we dealt with were extremely helpful and showed excellent product knowledge.

Friendly, helpful and patient as I was trying out a few beds.

Tom was extremely helpful and spent the time guiding us through the process of choosing our new bed.

Tom made the experience very easy, so we ordered our new bed from him.

Great welcome, great advice, great service, great saleswoman.

The salesperson 👩‍💼 was very helpful and explained and answered all questions to provide us with everything that we needed so that we could leave knowing that we had done the right thing in coming to your store

Friendly staff great range experience was great

Tom made our experience good. He left us to browse. Answered all our questions and we found a bed hopefully we will love. thank you

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and not pushy at all.

The sales person listened to my requirements and needs and took us through each option step by step. Answered all questions that came to mind and looked to provide detailed information on delivery. It was a pain free and excellent service.

The right balance of being available to help, but not dominating the conversation or being pushy. No forced selling of any extras. Friendly staff. We felt that we had the freedom to take the time to browse and ask for more information when we were ready. Once ordered in store, we were really surprised at how short the delivery time was - a real bonus!

Very polite and very helpful

We have had bed frames and mattresses from you before and always had great experience and will always come back when we change beds . Will always recommend bensons for beds

Loved the service we have been given from maidstone branch.
Pleasant and informative.

Vikki from Benson in Maidstone was really amazing, she showed me the different beds that I could buy that have storage. She was very nice and listened to what I was looking for. Thanks Vikki you are amazing

Polite, knowledgable staff made the purchase straightforward and informed.

Vicky and Tom were very helpful to me in selecting the right bed for myself. Vicky gave me all the correct information related to the dimensions and checks needed to take the bed in my room through the stairs. She also provided me with the samples for the fabric and information about the zip lock mattress. This was the main reason for me to buy the bed and mattress from their store

Store representative was friendly and well informed about the products. She provided very helpful advice.

Good customer service. No pressure to buy today. Honest about discounts available. Showroom had enough selection to ‘try’. Salesperson was helpful, and knowledgeable to a point. Easy transaction, but then we paid by credit card and not their 0% finance. Not sure sales floor is ideally located, as is within a luxury Italian furniture store. Seemed a little out of place.

Going in person to Benson for Beds was well worth it. I was able to try several beds and able to mix n match to find the best bed for. The customer service I received made all the difference

Great customer service from the Aylesford team, coupled with good product knowledge. A nice showroom, with a good selection of mattresses, divans/frames and headboards to look at.
