Great service by Tara at the store. Very friendly and easy to talk to. Arranged a delivery date that we had to move forward due to new house not ready yet, with no problem at all. Delivered in time, quick assembly and tidied afterwards. Very recommended!

My husband and I were looking to replace our 20yr old mattress. Looking around for our next mattress no one spoke to us for around half an hour. 2 ladies were sitting on their phones at the desk giggling away the whole time. My sister previously brought an iGel is it? From a lovely chap. But we couldn’t see him today. A little old lady eventually made her way over to us. Didn’t listen to us and my husband broke his back a few years ago so he needs a really supportive but comfortable mattress. All she kept talking about was some insurance they offer and how she recommends it and how good it is. We haven’t even found a mattress yet and trying to sell us insurance. My husband asked her to stop recommending this insurance but she just continued… and continued….. we eventually left without buying and went back to Dreams because they provided the customer support and experience we feel as a customer we should get. Shame on the little old lady.

From going to the Andover branch of Bensons for beds to the delivery today it could not have been better. There was never any pressure to purchase and in just over two weeks the divan and mattress was delivered. Alex in store was very helpful and Dan and Martin were very friendly and helpful .

Unpressured attention from sales assistants in the shop, good product knowledge. Delivery was on time and bed swiftly assembled, by friendly team, who had to carry bed sections about 200m down the lane as the lorry was too big to get into driveway entrance.

Customer service excellent. We were given a lot of advice on the differences in mattress types to help us make our choice.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant and happy to let you look at your leisure before either leaving or seeking advice. Any questions were answered and good advice given. After ordering, I left feeling confident of my choice.

Staff are extremely helpful and pleasant. Store is well laid out and inviting.

Was very easier to get the mattress I wanted. Was able to try out all the mattresses and after I had made my choice it was very easy to arrange delivery.

Disliked being pushed to have the additional insurance, I had to decline 3 times to the disapproval of the sales women.
