Be careful when ordering from this…

Be careful when ordering from this site. They only have a 14-day return window and they charge you a $13.95 restocking fee per order unless you reach out to them and ask to consolidate returns. If you are ordering a dress for an occasion you will not have a big window to do returns. They also only accept returns USPS so you have to go to an actual Post Office. The quality is ok, but not worth the price and the short return window and even as a new customer they would not budge. I won't let my daughter order from there again.

Additionally our return hub is based in California so you would only be waiting local timeframes, and unfortunately our system is unable to automatically consolidate returns, but as mentioned if you reach out to our team we can absolutely assist with this, and waive the duplicate handling fee.

first and last time

i brought three different items from here same size and all the sizes were way off. I got this yellow off the shoulder sheer top and it doesnt even stay down... i got a size 18 mini dress and it doesn't cover my bottom but Im also 5'7 so that doesn't help. Than i ordered these jeans and they were so big. First and last time ordering from these guys

I am so sorry about this issue you have faced with sizing! I understand that shopping online can be a little tricky but please know that our team are here to help! Our team can provide exact measurements or even additional product information or photos so that you have more confidence in the sizes you will receive.
We use a variety of suppliers and fabrics so all products will slightly differ in the overall size/ fit which is why you may be facing these inconsistencies.

Please reach out to us at info@beginningboutique.com.au; we would love to be able to help you get a size that is better suited to the fit you are after, and additionally provide more details on the size/ fit so we can look into if there is an issue with the product.

I ordered a dress nearly a month ago…

I ordered a dress nearly a month ago and it still has not shipped. The seller answered my first email saying it would soon ship. When I tried to contact again, multiple times, they have ignored me. I had also paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping, which obviously did not happen. Do not order from this boutique! Very much like a scam!

Thank you for your reply. It’s unfortunate that you never replied until I posted a review. My order is number 10042. I have sent this order number info to the email you provided several times already with no response. Then I received one email response and you then asked for me to email a screenshot of my order, which I sent. Since then no response from Beginning Boutique.

At this point I want order number 10042 cancelled and refunded as the event I needed this dress for has already passed.

The total was $114.99 so I would appreciate a refund.

Maybe you need a new customer service team.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! I accidentally put in the wrong address and was worried I wouldn’t get my dress in time. Even though it was the middle of the night in Australia, Tash answered the phone right away, was so kind and helpful, and arranged to have my order re-shipped overnight from California. Thanks to her, my dress arrived on time. We were thrilled when it came—it was adorable, great quality, and exactly what I needed. Truly one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve had—I highly recommend Beginning Boutique!

Best customer service!

I haven’t received my order yet, but the online customer service I received when I accidentally ordered the wrong product was phenomenal. My issue was solved within minutes and the order I meant to place was sent out the same day (I ordered at 4:30pm). Thank you Rosie!

Beautiful dress

Beautiful dress. Unfortunately my daughter is in between sizes and we just couldn’t make the dress work. Customer service was wonderful, quick responses to my queries from the team. Refund was in my account quickly and without fuss.

I had an amazing customer service…

I had an amazing customer service experience after one of my parcels got sent to the wrong address! They contacted the delivery company for me and got them to go to the address it was sent to and when they couldn’t find it gave me the option of resending or store credit! I was so grateful that they were so nice about it.

Incredible customer service

Incredible customer service, fabulous communication. I messaged the Botique about a their tumbler and got a response and willingness to help immediately. In the past I Ordered several Pretty dresses for my daughter. All quality and all looked beautiful on her. This Botique has many options for any occasion. Fun, quality accessories such as their bubblegum tumbler. It’s nice to purchase from a company that exudes kindness and has integrity.

FRAUD

FRAUD! I returned unused items and they said it smelt like perfume and would only issue store credit.. I went back and forth over email and then had to file a chargeback to get my money back. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Our returns policy, which is clearly outlined on our website, states that returned items must be in their original, unused condition (free from any scents). When an item is returned with a noticeable scent, we're unable to resell it. In these specific circumstances, our policy is to offer store credit rather than a full refund. I want to assure you that our practices are always in line with our stated policies, and we operate with complete integrity.

I'm genuinely disappointed that this situation escalated to a chargeback; that's certainly not the outcome we ever want for our customers. If you could please provide me with your order details, I'd be happy to review the specifics of your case. Don’t do it

Bought a dress for $69 they charged $9.996 for shipping for a total of $79.94 and then it was way too small according definitely not the right size and when we returned it, they charged us 13.99 to return it so I’m only getting $56 back.

Just to clarify, the $9.99 was for shipping your original order, and the $13.99 was a return handling fee for processing the return. We do try to make sure this is clear upfront in our return policy, which is available on our website.
