Coolmax Lightweight 2.5 Tog Duvets
Be warned that these duvets DO NOT STAY ON THE BED! After purchasing and experiencing this problem all night, I subsequently read that they can be used WITHOUT a duvet cover - not only is this unhygienic in my view, despite them being washable, but that doesn't prevent the duvets from slipping onto the floor. DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT - Extremely poor customer service considering my order value was nearly £500 - I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I am so impressed with Carl's customer service (replied on a Sunday afternoon!) and was so helpful.

I am also delighted with the 400 thread cream sheets and pillowcases - which as a helpful customer explained are light biscuit in colour.

I ordered these because I had to take poor quality sheets back to Dunelm for a refund.

The sheets arrived so quickly I was taken aback, especially as I am still waiting for some sheets ordered from M&S over a week ago.

I will definitely buy from Bedlinen Direct in future if they have the colour I need at the time.

I ordered 600 thread count standard pillowcases in platinum/silver. They are excellent quality, the correct colour and size and arrived very quickly. They were very good value for money.
Communication with their team was fast and courteous.

I bought two sets of 200 thread count 50:50 poly cotton bedlinen to match existing duvet covers from another supplier. My existing bedlinen was 180 thread count 50:50 poly cotton and are great quality so I expected the sets from Bedlinen Direct to be equally as good. They were not. They were very thin indeed (I could see daylight through a doubled over pillowcase) and very scratchy. I find it hard to believe that they were 200 thread count. I put one set on the bed and then washed it using soft rinse. This didn't improve matters. Meanwhile the second set remained in its wrapping. I contact Bedlinen Direct for a refund on the unused set however was refused as my request was past their fourteen day returns period. I replied that I didn't believe that it was 200 thread count, was of very poor quality and asked them to reconsider a refund and heard nothing.

I went to Dunelm where I bought far superior quality bed linen for the same price. I should have gone there first.

After having a problem with an item ordered I contacted Samantha who quickly ordered a replacement for me item which arrived within 2 days. Excellent customer service, would use this company again.

What a fantastic company and great product. We bought the 400 thread Egyptian cotton satin sheets, for the summer, really prompt delivery.
We had a tiny problem with payments but we spoke to a lovely courteous Gentleman by the name of Carl and he sorted it in minutes. We asked Carl
on other products info and he was so helpful with them too. would 100% highly recommend this company

Ordered two Suprelle Fresh Eco Tencel Pillows, 'standard' size and 'medium' comfort level. The pillows that arrived were smaller than advertsied, extremely thin/soft and not of the quality described on their website. I

I ordered a "coolmax" euro king sized mattress protector from this company. Only after ordering did it become clear how long delivery would take so I asked to cancel the order and it was agreed. So far so good. My partner managed to order a similar one from soak and sleep and for a much better price but then I received an email from bedlinen direct to say that the item had already been sent out and therefore they would no longer refund me. It quickly became clear the item had not been sent out at all as a week passed and nothing but they continued to refuse my request to honour the cancellation and refund they had offered. I have the proof of shipping as the date of dispatch was on the shipping label and it did not leave the factory for more than another week so there was ample time to have stopped the order and have done what they originally agreed to, saving the most ridiculous email back and forth.

In short, this company reneged on an agreement they made to cancel and refund me. Once they had my money they were clearly not going to let it go. I would also add that the quality of the item i eventually received was really poor, far inferior to the one i received from soak and sleep. The one from soak and sleep had the cool max logo throughout the fabric stitch and is a lovely thick soft protector that looks like it will last years. The one from bedlinen direct is thin, the fabric that goes around the sides of the mattress is so flimsy and cheap it looks like it will snag in a second. It had a loose paper label stuffed in the bag that said cool max, no other evidence. I was blatantly lied to by multiple members of staff from this company and their products are of significantly inferior quality to elsewhere. I am considering notifying trading standards as feel so let down by them both in terms of service and quality, Indo not believe the item i received is a cool max product. I feel ripped off. I would absolutely avoid ordering from them.

I ordered some bedlinen and needed it to be delivered quickly. I contacted Customer Support to request a speedy despatch. My request was answered very quickly and Customer Support helped ensure the items were delivered ahead of my deadline, even answering an email quickly on a Saturday.
The items are great, just what I wanted, and the service I received from Customer Service and the team at Bed Linen Direct was excellent.

I submitted an order but did not receive an email confirmation. When I called the company to query this, Carl advised me (very diplomatically!) that I had misspelt my own email address on the order form. The order had been received and the goods were on their way.
My order was for flannelette brushed cotton sheets. I could not be happier with the quality & softness. These sheets feel absolutely wonderful: soft, cosy & inviting. I intend to order a further set in another colour, which shows how happy & impressed I am with the bedlinen I have received.

I have ordered two seperate 800gsm bath towels from this company, both of which did not arrive, different excuses were used for both orders. Blaming Deyongs, discontinuing stock without them being informed etc. have had to get refunds on both orders. will not use them again. The items are still advertised as available, and an offer was made of an inferior product as replacement

Exceptional customer service from Carl, I was so impressed. It is unusual for a company to be prompt in response, efficient and willing to change a placed order (I wanted to add something and not incur the extra postage charge) yet Carl made it happen, even in tricky circumstances. My order is on its way but how can what I receive not be amazing when this company is incredibly flexible and efficient already?!

I bought a deep double fitted sheet from them a few months ago and it washes well,So I bought another one they ARE deep not like some that are advertised as such . Also bought a divan base wrap very easy to put on good quality and looks so much better than a valance dragging on the floor.

After reading about the wonder of Fossflakes for a duvet filling I really wanted to try one but they are very expensive. Bedlinen Direct was the best price by far, but as a bespoke item you have to allow time for it to be made, which was difficult as it had to coincide with my work trips to London so I could bring it back to France in my car. Carl was super helpful and the delivery was spot on despite the Easter holidays.

The quilt itself is lovely, real quality feel to the cotton covering. Despite being the 'Winter Warm' it felt worryingly lightweight... but I used it last night for the first time and it's perfect! Really cosy but I didn't overheat (exactly as promised by the Fossflakes blurb!)

Having ordered quite a lot of bed linen online in the past, I haven't been impressed by the quality, until now. The Belledorm bed linen I bought is the best quality I have ever owned. I ironed it after taking it out of the packaging and it was quick and easy, and it looks fabulous on the bed.

This is my second order with this company. I ordered more of their 400 thread count sheets as I love the quality and feel of them. I needed them for guests and wanted them urgently. They arrived within 2 days to Northern Ireland! I am delighted! Great service and great quality products!
I got them in the sale and they were terrific value!

I have now ordered four times from this company. On my most recent order, I had a small defect with the duvet cover. I contacted the company this week and Samantha arranged for a replacement to be delivered the next day.

The quality of the items is fantastic and, particularly after my last experience, this is now our go-to company for bedding.

Outstanding pre-sales information, easy & pleasant transaction, order completed on Monday afternoon and received delivery on Wednesday morning.
